The food was amazing. The waiter was super nice and very patient. A very good experience for a first time going there would definitely go there again??
Took my wife out for dinner told us 30 minutes for a table. Waited for 40 minutes told us it was still 30 minutes out. Had about 4 tables that were open with no one being sat and 3 tables that needed to be bussed.we left because it was taking so long.

Manager would not let us have a table for three because there were no servers for tables , only booths. This was at 5:00 with probably 20 people total. They would not move a server to a table. This was our go to steakhouse for company in Lubbock. This arrogant manager has lost our business to Salt

Waited twenty minutes for a table no big deal. Waited an hour and a half for our food as many fellow diners gave up and walked out. The lamb came out grossly overcooked. It was removed from the bill and we received a discount which was fair and right but if the food times had been such all evening a warning should be given to the diners so they have the option to leave and go somewhere else. I heard “your food is the next order out” at least 4 times. Honest communication is key. Had we known it would take so long we would have come another day as we were celebrating a special occasion. I can’t speak for the other diners in my party but I will NEVER return nor recommend or encourage anyone to dine there.

Last time we ate at a Longhorn we were served fresh baked bread....this place did not serve any bread. Bummer....The waiter never brought my Strawberry Lemonade...also he had to be reminded about our order for the appetizer ..Stuffed Mushrooms...they were Luke warm by the time he brought them out...and we were almost half done with our main course...It's just those little things that make a big difference in how an evening out with your spouse can become irritating...We all have a bad day now and then....hopefully this is not the norm for this establishment....Will have second thoughts about referring this place to our friends....Just keeping it real...Parking: Okay.....Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible

We waited over 1 hour to get our food, the manager was no help and only gave lousy excuses over the wait for the food. The waiter never checked up on us, or informed us about our food. Place was dirty too, and this was just a very unprofessional, and lousy experience for us.

So disappointed in last nights experience. Seated at 6pm, got our meal at 7:30pm finally. They were not busy, and service & food was not the usual. Joe that manager was aware all meals were wrong, he took them back, finally 30 minutes later he brought back. Two plates still wrong, finally 1 1/2 hours later we got right. Service was terrible, even by Joe. No discount or anything after all the disasters. We eat here a lot, and always happy. The most disappointing is management or server, could care a less.

This was a train wreck. Not only did one of the waitresses trash on the poor guy who received orders for our drinks, saying he “doesn’t really know what he’s doing over.”Then, when our orders for food were taken, we were told that there were no sirloins, and no bread, which is understandable; I just wish we were told this any other time other than right before we order.Once we got our food all of our steaks were extremely over cooked. My medium rare was grey. My cousins steak was so over cooked it shook the table every time he cut a slice.My girlfriends steak was given out without her side of fried okra and when they brought out her side 30+ minutes later the fried okra was uncut, and just lazily fried.We were able to laugh about it but the overall service was very poor. Seems they are understaffed and disorganized.
