The biscuits are homemade. The eggs were perfect, sausage was good and the hash browns were perfect! The atmosphere was also nice.

As a former ServSafe proctor and food safety instructor, I’ve tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt more than once. It used to be a go-to spot for my family. But lately we’ve had a few issues with unsafe food practices and undercooked meals.

Today was the final straw. My wife found a hair in her home fries. Annoying, but mistakes happen. The part that threw us off was how fast the replacement came out. Our server was gone maybe a minute or two, then suddenly had a completely new plate. Maybe it was fresh, maybe it wasn’t, but the optics weren’t great.

My wife finally tried to eat again, and not even two minutes later we found another hair on our two-year-old’s pancakes. At that point we were done. The appetite leaves the building pretty quick after that.

What surprised me was being expected to pay for my own plate even though none of us ended up eating anything. I get that times are tough, but this wasn’t a normal situation.

I paid and left, but that’s it for us. We won’t be back, and honestly I’d recommend Whataburger before sending anyone here again

The server I had today really seemed like he didn't want to be there and the food wasn't very good either it was not like normal I can't believe I even agreed to pay for my meal and tip on top of it it was that bad of an experienced today

Terrible service and long wait time. An hour into waiting on our food, 2 tables that were sat atleast 10 minutes after us received their food. When we said something the waitress told us “yeah they haven’t even started on it yet I wouldn’t even wait anymore” so we left. Twice she told us our food was about to be ready and it hadn’t even been started on. Ended up going to Chilis instead.

Awful customer service, place qas filthy from dirty cups to the waffle maker on the counter that looked as if it had never been cleaned. Waited for an 1hour and a half to end up leaving the place completely with no food. The mangers lack of empathy was pathetic and this place should really consider the amount of violations that are in one establishment.

Extremely disappointed with how we were treated this afternoon.

We ordered a chef salad and a club sandwich with fry. The chef salad was the size of a small dinner salad with lots of red onion, no egg, a couple of cubes of ham and a sprinkle of shedded cheese. The small 1/2 amount of fries were cold and not cooked through. We will not be back.

Did a to go order food was right once I picked it up and had to pay for it had to wait in line 35 minutes just to pay, by the time I got home 5 minutes away the food was cold. Won't be going back.

Terrible service. Older waitress had a horrible attitude and rushed us to order. The plate said it came with bacon and she charged extra for it after arguing it didn’t come with it when the menu stated it did. This has happened twice. The first time we figured might be just a mistake so tried again a week later. Received the same poor service and was overcharged again. Both times we just paid but we will not be returning. I’m not sure if the cook doesn’t know the menu well or what’s going on. We’ve gone for years and will no longer return. Waitress was touching the food with bare hands. Even with other customers plates no hand washing or anything prior. The food was cold and soggy. Just all around terrible experience.

Food is always good here BUT service was terrible! Took 45 minutes to get our food, couldn’t hear the waitress, had to ask for our silverware, had to ask for part of our food AND place was not busy like usual!!

’m only giving 1 star so I can leave a review. We waited an hour and a half, never received our food nor had our drinks refilled even though our waitress was supposedly the “manager”. We watched at least 5 other parties be seated after us, receive their food and leave during the time we were there. Horrible.
