’m only giving 1 star so I can leave a review. We waited an hour and a half, never received our food nor had our drinks refilled even though our waitress was supposedly the “manager”. We watched at least 5 other parties be seated after us, receive their food and leave during the time we were there. Horrible.

Service was absolutely terrible. Waited over an hour and our ticket kept getting “skipped over”. We used to love this place and we won’t ever return after the terrible job they did today. The management here is awful, this place has really gone down

whoever the old man is that plays host needs to learn how to be around people. never even made eye contact with me when I came in, was short with me, rude, and could also learn how to smile. he just LOOKS miserable and he shouldn’t make customers miserable in return. can’t even say thank you back to me when i thanked him.

The best part of this place was the music that I could barely hear.
This place was disgusting; every table was dirty, and the ones with people sitting there were either sitting with their dirty plates in front of them or had been waiting to be greeted. Our server, Marissa, was very rude to our party of four and also very slow. She had even yelled at a customer from across the floor. When we finally received our meals, everyone was missing at least one item they had ordered. The food was below average for taste. I had high hopes because I used to enjoy this place but now I will never come back.

I love Lbk breakfast house Usually stop in at the university location..Today I'm on 50th..Waited entirely too long for eggs and hasbrowns..Brought the plate finally and they forgot the grits..Server then attempted to cook them in microwave while I watched..Passed on the grits..I see people waiting on their order with a look of disgust..Everybody has a bad day but I'll will certainly hesitate before coming back...

Restaurant was poorly stocked they were out of several things. Sweet potato pancakes are a staple on their menu and they were out of them. Serving sizes I was getting smaller. The ham was not a steak as advertised in the bacon tasted like it was going bad. When asked for a spoon or server had to go to several stations to find one. The only saving grace was our server Marissa. She tried so hard to make up for the problems that she was encountering. they brought her over from the George's restaurant to put things in order. She definitely has her work cut out for her. I think from now on we will stick to the one on University, where we have been going for the last 26 years.

I got the Wednesday special. The juicy cheeseburger was topped with avocado and bacon, and it was absolutely delicious. Jaden was my server she was amazing and really really cute! The atmosphere there is very relaxed and makes you want to definitely come back.

Very poor service. Was there with another family celebrating graduation bwe all ordered at the same time yet their food arrived 30 minutes prior to ours. Ours finally arrived and was missing items clearly stated on the menu. The manager and kitchen staff clearly don't understand what they are doing. Waitress was trying to be helpful but her only response was this is my third day. Very disappointing. We left without eating most of the meal as it was extremely cold and missing items. Will not be back and suggest you read all reviews before you consider going.

Felt very dirty! Trash bags filled with trash outside of the bathroom just sitting there, no toilet paper in the bathrooms.. Took over an hour for food to come out and when it did it was cold. Terrible
