Compared to other cities, this Main event I feel is a bit overpriced. It was fun, it is one of very few spots for entertainment there is in Lubbock, overall the kids have a great time and that's what matters.

The sanitation wipe bins were empty in the arcade area. Air hockey, ski ball, and some other popular ones were available. The photo booth audio kept going on and off and it's a tight squeeze, not a lot of time to adjust the frame. More: There is not a rock climbing space at this location. They do have deals for the arcade.

Bathroom was nasty. More of a adult experience. A lot of drunk people. We took my grandson for his birthday and he loves bowling. We bought the all access and we were limited on things so it was a waste of money.

Overall experience wasn't horrible but definitely not good. Restrooms were the worst I ever seen. All but 1 toilet overflowing with feces and toilet paper everywhere. Absolutely disgusting and a serious health danger.

Spent alot for 7 people to play, but had to wait 2 hrs for bowling. Decided to eat while we ate. Server told us they had no pretzel sticks and had been out all week. Yet the table next to us was sat and served after us. Server only checked on us one time. After waiting 2 hrs to bowl we got 4 frames in and they lost power. We were forced to leave, with no explanation about refund or replacement of pass. This was one of the worst times. I would not recommend. Do t wast your time... go to Amarillo. The drive would be worth it.

I had an awful experience here, for a place that preaches family friendly, they are far from it. A group of friends and I had went out to have a fun bowling night. When we ordered drinks they had told us they need to call a manager to look at my friend’s passport. Now i get they are just doing their job, but they had told us they didn’t know if they could accept his India passport because “its not a United States passport” They proceeded to call multiple people over and when we asked what the issue was and why they walked away with his passport they continued to tell us they were checking his student visa. We then proceeded to tell them they weren’t allowed to check his visa in which they proceeded to say “well we call ICE for things like this.” We proceeded to ask our server the names of all the people involved and when we explained that what had happened was disrespectful, embarrassing, and racist. He proceeded to give us attitude and be condescending. Mind this wasn’t the first time we’ve been there to drink, this just happened to be the first time there was an issue. We still had not gotten our food that we ordered for 45-50 minutes and by then we only had 15 minutes left to bowl.
Very unprofessional staff and very rude I called the center for information and after I was on hold for 5 minutes I got ahold of a manager and the manager I think her name was Lisa or Liza I proceeded to ask my question and she ended my call mid question very rude and disrespectful
