Tonight's experience was very disappointing and distasteful. The young lady behind the counter was very rude and showed it in her facial expression that she truly is not a face for customer service. My sisters and I walked in around 3-4 minutes till 9 for ice cream. We noticed the chairs were up and that the young lady was cleaning, but prior to walking in the sign, it did reflect closing time for Sunday at 10pm. As we walked in the young lady behind the counter looked at us in disgust I'm assuming because we walked in a few minutes till closing which we weren't aware of at the time because again the sign on the store front says 10pm. I asked if the store was still open, and she rudely replied yeah you got 3 minutes.""" We were no longer interested at that point and went over to menchies and had a wonderful experience with the lady's working. When my sisters and I get together for something sweet, Marble slab was out meeting spot, but unfortunately, this was a complete turn-off, and this matter should be addressed before it happens to someone else, truthfully even though we walked in just before closing you still have to serve your customers and take pride in everything you do.It's not what you say it's how's you say it.

Very disappointed with the overall taste of my order. I ordered a strawberry shortcake sundae expecting well strawberries and there is no strawberries just an extremely artificial tasting syrup the ice cream the cake was good but who wants a strawberry shortcake sundae with no actual strawberries… I understand having not having actual fresh strawberries but i know there are other options other than this. I also ordered a cookie and it had the worst after taste maybe it was the one i got (m&m) but definitely was yet again disappointed… so disappointed that i never leave reviews on places but i felt the need to here…

Purchased several pints of their ice cream online and they got my order wrong and they didn't fix it. I called and the guy working said it was too late to fix the order plus it's pouring rain outside. Not sure what the rain had to do with anything but I asked if he could remake my order and I will pick it up the next day. The guy agreed and said he would put my name on the bag and it would be in the freezer for me to pick up. I came in next day and there was no bag of ice cream with my name and so I asked the crew if the guy working last night left a note or communicated to them about the remake. The shook their heads no and then went about their day. No one fixed my issue or even cared.I spent about $60 on 4 pints of ice cream that we won't enjoy.I wrote an email to their corporate offices about the issues I had with my purchase and also got no response from them. Terrible customer service and lack of communication.

Went with my grandkids and one guy started to take my order then gave me the first order and take the online and left us standing there waiting to order more but 5 customer went before us had to ask if anyone was going to finish my order we won't be going back and yes only Spanish people there at the time!!!!!!

Love this place. They used to have a hard time keeping product out but they have definitely fixed that. Great ice cream. Lots of choices for mix ins, toppings, and an array of cones.

The workers were standing and chitchatting and the one that stood out to me was the one with the blue hat. The floor was a little bit dirty and they were slow making the ice cream. The workers could have way better manners. If you want to go to a slow overpriced ice cream shop then this will be your stop. And if you don't want to then menchies right across the street will be your best bet.

Very disappointing I took my 90 year old mother with her Walker and her oxygen we stood inside the store for 15 minutes without anyone acknowledging us there was only one worker in the front and she was trying to do a telephone order which she was having difficulty with Finally another employee came to the front there were 2 in the back and she was rushing around with a waffle cone and we asked if she could take our order and she said she pointed to the other girl and said oh she can do that when she's off the phone She seemed to be a manager quite arrogant and dismissive of the customer's needs . (She is a thin blonde woman probably related to the owners).So we left and went to J's creamery where we recieved excellent service and had very friendly staff.My mom really enjoyed her chocolate shake!
I will not be returning here. The girl made too much of my ice cream and it did not fit in the cup so her coworker told her to put the rest in another cup. She then charged me for the second cup of ice cream claiming she had to. There was no manager on duty for me to speak to. That’s just ridiculous. It’s not my fault she made too much. I wasn’t going to let her just waste the rest of it and throw it away.

One of the best place to enjoy ice cream. Had a great experience. Really liked the flavors we tried; like chocolate, coffee, vanilla, buttermilk with cone. Nice and clean place as well parking available.

I haven't been here in a long time. Always loved coming here as a teenager. We went last night and there was a long line. We waited for a solid 20 mins and never moved. It was around 9pm on Sat night and we were both tired, so we decided to grab some Menchies across the street. There were two workers who seemed very overwhelmed but were trying their best. They seemed to be swamped with door dash orders and were never able to help the customers in line. During the 20 minutes, I think only a single customer was helped. Door dash seemed quick though - they always had those orders ready and the drivers never had to wait. Ordering with Door Dash seems to be the way to go for next time!

I walked in and saw no masks on the staff which was nice to finally see after all this COVID mess. But then it went downhill, I stood in line for 40 minutes to get a single ice cream cone. There were only two girl employees who didn't have the muscle to mix the ice cream so every order took that much longer. On top of that, they worked with no sense of urgency and seemed to not care that there was a line through the door. At one point both employees went in the back and disappeared for several minutes while there was 15 people in line to the door. Their ordering structure is messed up too. After standing in line for 25 minutes waiting for a particular flavor, I saw them receive an online order and fill that order first. Because they did so, they ran out of one of the flavors I wanted and had been waiting almost half an hour for. I know it sounds petty, but trust me, when you wait 40 minutes for an ice cream cone from two ladies who seem like they hate their job and have no sense of urgency you become pretty observant. Used to love this place but I'm not going back anymore.
