I have come here 6 times in the past 3 weeks to pick up Uber and Dash orders. Everytime I have to wait over 15-20mins. Never more than two employees, they need to staff up as the service is ridiculously slow.

This place has gone so far downhill. Always just 1 older person working the counter, most of the time spent in the back looking out at the line. They never come out and check on you once you've ordered. Is business really that slow that you only keep 1-3 employees through the major lunch/dinner rushes? The location on Milwaukee and Quaker are miles ahead of this one.

It's was ok food was great only complaint was I ordered a 6 in the lady brings out my meal saying that they accidentally made me a 4 in and if I wanted a cookie which I really didn't want but I was wondering if I could just get my money back and pay for the correct size but then she remade another sandwich for me afterwards so it was good I just say people should be able to get what they pay for the excuse was they where new in the back

One of my top 5 places to eat but I had to take a break from it every time I ordered pickup I’d have to circle back around to ask for something that was forgotten from my order. Here I am 2 months later giving it another chance should have stayed home and ate couch crumbs. Half my order was forgotten kids pizza was cold. When I asked for the things that were forgotten they were made wrong. So long McCallisters I won’t be back!

Worst McAlister’s I’ve ever visited. I think this the second 1-Star I’ve given ever. Walked right up to the counter ordered and waited over 45 minutes when the restaurant was nearly empty for sandwich and a spud. Direct reflection of management. Whoever opened this franchise in Lubbock should close the doors. Your GM is running it into the ground. Ten tables sitting completely dirty, unbussed. Save your money and go somewhere else. This is also the only McAlister’s I’ve ever been to. that didn’t offer a military discount. Not sure who was working.
This place is always slow because of the construction yet it still takes three business days to place your order and get your food. Ive even gone in just for a glass of tea and it took 20 minutes.

Tried the New Yorker sandwich. If your a pastrami lover, but hold the sour kraut then this is your sandwich. Not like pastrami NYC, but will do for West Texas. Checkout the two inches of meat in the pic. Usually, I include a pic of my wife's food. Not today, her beef and cheddar had less than one piece of meat. Not good. Momma is not happy.
