Got a McAlister Club, old lettuce and the only bread toasted was the outside not the other slices of bread which made it gooey, I will stick to one on the 19th. Broccoli and cheddar was watery and cold. Yeah not the best at all.

I have been going to McAlisters since they opened in Lubbock. This is the first time I have been truly disappointed. We waited 10-15 minutes just to order. It took over 30 minutes for them to bring out our order. We were there for just under an hour and saw not one employee come out and wipe down tables. They brought out the food and forgot 2 plates. None of our food was hot, just barely warm. They were out of spuds at 6pm. We had 2 cups of soup and a Mac n cheese and those were barely warm, but 2 salads were not cold. I would have been happier if they microwaved them, plates and all, before they brought it out to us. The cheese on my Ruben and Cuban was not melted. I will be back, but most likely not this one.
