McDonald's in Lubbock

“Food was not as hot as I wanted, but still warm so no biggie. Wished the fries were a bit crispier, but again not a big deal. Woman taking the order and payment was professional and the woman handing out food at the second window was friendly. Decently fast for McDonald's especially getting food so late. Probably my first pleasant experience at McDonald's in a very long time. My brother also said his food was good.“

“There's a manager here, love him. Hes compassionate you can tell he likes his job. Quick to help another customer and employee with payment for some food without question. New favorite McDonald's. I love a good team! My food was out quick too“

“Best McDonald's In town always fast never get any of my order wrong here everything is always in the bag and customer service has always been top notch but this location has been this way forever the rest of the locations need to train here or take notes or something

Parking: Parking is good just have to watch cars coming and leaving out of drive thru

“Workers were very professional. Worked well together. A young gentleman Justice made sure I got fresh fries. The dinning area did need some work. They were quick to give me my order. Love their fresh fries. We were their on Dec 28th around 1:32 p.m.“

“I’m always amazed when a bbq joint that is not in the austin area is recognized! BBQ is fantastic. The brisket and beef ribs are my favorites. The green chile and cheese sausage is a VERY close second. Key lime pie is amazing. There is nothing bad on the menu. You can’t go wrong here.“

“Man I went in there on 6/26/2025 at high noon lunch rush and they were getting there butts handed to them and they were training new employees as well on register. Employee didn't hear ne right so Miss Lady Tara was doing all kinds of things, I think her blood pressure was high (told her to keep an eye on that lol) but when frustration comes in but you hold your composure and provide awesome customer service with a smile while managing a store, I live for that. I was on a 30 min lunch break and a refund was needed for me to get the right order, she came in like a boss and took care of your boy. I was strapped for time but food came out quick and I had enough time to eat and It was awesome. She even said I can sit in the player section(back part of store)Which was very clean, all the crew acknowledged me when they didn't have to and that's rare. Awesome place to go during lunch rush cause they move like oil in a machine. Will be back. Make sure Ms Tara checks thet BP🤒😁💯. Highly recommend for anyone.“

Parking: I'm sure there are other locations that provide other parking options but as far as the locations I go to all parking is free and easily accessible and handicapped are always prioritized front and center.“

“Been going to McDonald's for a number of years and every location is ran differently but this one was absolutely amazing the food is hot and fresh the staff is friendly and the restaurant was really clean. Keep up with good work and I hope this goes up to your guys's bosses“

“Everything is always on point when i eat at this McDonald's from management to employees i never go to any other because the atmosphere is nice! The employees make the place what it is so if the drink machine is down or the restrooms are out of service it's because the owner dosent wanna spend the money to fix the issue! Don't blame the people smfh blame the owner!!!“

“I ordered a nice coffee at a bit of an awkward time, but the staff was super kind and let me come back to get it. I also ordered two chicken biscuits, somehow got mcgriddles, and honestly I am not mad about it they're delicious lol! Also, thank you to Olivia, who honestly made my morning with her kind words and lovely personality! I had been doordashing all night, and something so routine like just coming to grab breakfast turned into the highlight of my running around lol. You're all doing a great job, thank you for the little things like that.“

“I don't often eat fast food, but this experience was top-notch. I truly appreciate the courteous, friendly employees and the accommodating gentlemen in the yellow shirt in particular. This individual replaced nuggets that weren't up to our satisfaction without question. They were fresh and crispy.“

“This McDonalds is one of the best we have visited. And boy, we have been to many since my son is 9 years old. This place is a gem. Always clean, good service, fast, complete food, well cooked and delicious. Whether I order through the window or at the counter, the service is always good. I don't understand why it has such bad reviews. I think we have had very good luck. We have come for both lunch and dinner and everything has always been good. And we have to see that others are treated wonderfully. More attention and places like this!!! Congratulations!!! They only need children's games to improve the atmosphere.

“It's always so yummy, until Ronald McDonald himself, comes out and sprays me non consensually with his secret sauce... as my children stare traumatized at their father, who is now getting a facial from a clown we all once trusted and loved.....“

“Anytime we have ever eaten at this location the team is sooo friendly. Tonight when we went, their system was down and only accepting cash. Of course we didn’t have cash…Jeremy and Yvonne were so kind and apologetic. They sent my whole family home with dinner. 10 out of 10!“
