You know I like my MCD'S, I've been looking for two years to get me the Grinch Happy Meal. Low and behold they finally made it to Lubbock Texas! Okay here we go...this is a two parter. Last year I went to three states to get these Grinch socks, no go. This year I only had to drive 110 miles to get them. Plus my brother scored me two more pairs in Dallas...bam! Second part, talked my wife into getting a Grinch Happy Meal, too(this is how I got my second pair of socks). More important than the socks is after 30 years of marriage I find out she never had a Big Mac. So sad that long without a Big Mac. P.S. she got halfway through her Big Mac and noticed the second hamburger patty...lol P.P.S. by the way socks fit good look great. Bon Appetit.

I came inside the McDonald’s to pick up a delivery order and no one even acknowledged me. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all, but the employees acted like I wasn’t there. I waited for nothing. Really disappointing service

What I saw was absolutely disgusting a African-American lady cannot see her name tag it was covered up by her sweater but she was clipping her nails right in the bagging station that is unacceptable and should never be done in the workplace on the kitchen floor should only ever be done in the bathroom of a restaurant if you're going to do it at work wrong to do this in your workplace

Cold fries, terrible customer service everyone is in a horrible mood due to bad management, and they absolutely love to take it out on their customers even in the morning, middle of the day, etc. Terrible atmosphere, like a depressing push for the mcdonald’s we used to go to, with gloomy employees and managers who bring down the general environment of the restaurant, drive through, and total experience. If you need quick food that is usually cold, drop by. If you want decently warm food, livable customer service, and a somewhat okay restaurant experience, DO NOT COME HERE!!!!

I was trying to get food and they rejected me because they said I have to be in a vehicle to order food and wouldn’t serve me because their inside was closed even though it was a 2 minute walk away from our house.
