Given the wrong order at the window. Went inside and the girl argued with me that I got what I ordered. She was not the one that took order or my money or gave me the food at window. Manager came over and I told I want my money back. He went to the back and never showed his face again. I left without food or money. But did see mice running while I waited! Absolutely nasty inside. Will report and never be back.

Parking: I'm sure there are other locations that provide other parking options but as far as the locations I go to all parking is free and easily accessible and handicapped are always prioritized front and center.

Wow….. McDonald’s I know the Economy is rough right now but I ordered a regular McFlurry and a mini and there’s the same amount of ice cream in both cups! Way to rip people off. And yall wonder why people check their orders in line before they leave and run your drive times up.

This is the cleanest, friendliest McDonald's I have ever been to! The young man up front was very friendly and he brought my food to my table with a basket of condiments! I've never gotten such good service at a McDonald's before. Everything really is better in Texas! Thank you for the great breakfast experience ?

This used to be the best one for mornings and if one manger isn't working it still is but if she working she is putting employees at risk cleaning drive thru after opening the store and this morning 10-17-24 me and another person went to drive thru she was up front of store and saw both of us drive up and I waited 2 min and nobody came on to get my code sad really used to one of the only good ones

I don’t even know why I go to this McDonald’s anymore. Order is messed up every time I come here. I typically never complain about food temp but my fries were literally cold to the touch when I got home, and I live right down the road. Wouldn’t recommend going to this one, 82nd and Slide is better.
went through the drive thru and said what i wanted quite clear, when i got to the window it was more expensive than usual, instead of giving me 2 cheeseburger meal they charged me for 2 double cheeseburgers. night shift isn’t the best in my opinion
