Well me and my eldest brother went there tonight we ordered 4 mcchickens the pink haired manager proceds to start raising her voice at us and harassing us she was rude and should be investigated DONT KNOW WHAT KIND OF DRUG SHE WAS ON TONIGHT BUT THERE NEEDS TO BE A INVSTAGATION

If i could give this place 0 stars, i would!! this service i just experienced was absolutely horrific! the customer service from a lady with deep-red hair and another lady who claimed to the “manager”. the lady with the red hair was so obnoxiously rude for no reason at all and give crazy, aggressive attitude!! the lady has no customer service skills whatsoever, keep her out of interacting with customers!!!
we were told to wait 10 minutes for pies and we didn’t complain, we agreed to wait… 15 minutes rolled on by and all we did was pull up to the main window again and the lady with the red hair said to us AGGRESSIVELY, “ummm you said you were going to wait 10 minutes so you have 1 more minute to wait” and i told her, “excuse me?? what is with this attitude? you said ‘10 minutes’ 15 minutes ago because i have proof of the transaction…” RED HAIR LADY STILL ARGUED BACK AND WAS STILL INCREDIBLY RUDE!!

There is no napkins out in the lobby or for that matter, anything else you can’t even get a refill without asking. And just like everywhere else someone behind the counter is almost impossible to find any more. They want you to use the kiosk. Customer service is nonexistent anymore.

Usually I have no issues but this morning I ordered 4 sausage egg mcmuffins a caramel frappe with 3x caramel, and a black coffee, the only things they got right were the mcmuffin aspect and black coffee. We got 4 HAM mcmuffins, and the frappe had 1x caramel, and once i got to the window the cashierwas rude when she tried to hand me the wrong order, I tried calling and they picked up the phone and promptly hung up, this morning crew definitely needs a staff meeting

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. I constantly have to go inside this location from the drive thru to get my condiments but they are just getting worse. Thrown fries on the bag. Missing food. If this wasn't the closest location to my home I wouldn't get food and tell everyone to never go to this location again. I understand it's a fast food spot but they get paid for a reason. Do your job

During the day the story is okay. I work nights and after midnight it is horrible. Doesn't matter what day of the week or what you order online you'll be waiting for at least 15 minutes even if there's no one in line. Ridiculous.

We did not go inside we only did the drive-thru however based on what the police look like on the outside I'm pretty sure the atmosphere was good. The food was delicious and the order was accurate.
