By far the worst service I have received in a long time! Made a mobile order and gave my husband my code to grab my food. They gave him the complete wrong order. When I went back up there to rectify it the manager had a complete attitude that she later denied having. Will never return to this location ever again!

I had a terrible experience at the drive-thru. They charged me for my order at the first window, and at the second window, the guy who hands out the food told me he had already given me my food, which wasn't true. We started arguing, and even the manager came over just to tell me the same thing—that I had already received my food, which wasn't true. I told them to check the cameras or inspect my truck, and after saying that, they had no choice but to reluctantly give me my food.

Can’t take an order overcharged me then I asked to make sure that it was correct. They looked in the bag and said yes I looked back in the bag just to double check and is exactly wrong. Why are they lying? Someone needs to check their staff here and get their orders together, and I was the second one in line because the first person in line had problem with their order as well, so if you’re not hurry, don’t come to this location

Food is not likely as other McDonalds. It is worst not good at all. Badly, we bought 15 burgers and couldn’t eat at all. Sorry for that, University Avenue branch, Walmart branch are okey.
Parking: Have enough parking under the big LED screen.

Wow, even worse than expected. Haven't been here in a while, and when we did actually receive our "food", it looked like it was stepped on. They were out of ice in the self-serve area, and when we asked one of the workers that was wandering around the front if they could refill our cups, we were told " I'm off the clock, you'll have to find someone else." More like, we will definitely find somewhere else.Only got more than one star for atmosphere because the lobby was more or less clean.
