They never make an order correct. They line cars up all the way around the building because they don’t want them waiting at their window. They had an our long drive-through line and then stopped taking orders and closed the restaurant. on my next visit, it took them 30 minutes to make 5 apple pies. they give away your order to the car in front of you and then make you wait 20 minutes for them to remake it and when you get it it’s not correct and when you get it corrected it’s still not correct and they do not respond to email complaints when asked to remedy or refund an order

This McDonald’s doesn’t even deserve 1 star, I had the WORST Experience here, they up sized my drinks without asking. The girl on the speaker kept huffing and puffing. She then said “oh my godddd anything else?” We got no dipping sauces, my husbands burger looked like bites had already been taken out of them! All I have to say is if you don’t want to work, do something else! This place needs better management for sure!

They literally get my order wrong every time. I work in the shopping center near by, so there’s not many options for lunch and this location is by far too lazy for their demand. Also they ALWAYS forget the sauce, even when they charge you for it.

The girl on the headset obviously, did not want to be there. Ordered a $5 box with a Powerade and she tried to confuse me into upgrading the drink to a large. Then she was upset that I added a hamburger to my order and rather than sending it to the cashier, she erased my order. When I got to the window they were mad at me, that my order wasn't on her screen, then got mad that I had to reorder at the window. Then she tried to say that I needed to wait 9 minutes, to use my code again.... the manager was nice and fixed it, but if you train your employees right, there should be nothing to fix. I've been a manager of a fast food restaurant, and it's obvious that the employees hate their job. All the prices went up because their wages went up. So they should either do the job that they agreed to, or move up in the world. 4th and Slide is still the best one that I've found in Lubbock.

I don’t normally post reviews but the last four or five times I’ve come to this McDonald’s if I’ve gone to the drive-through I’ve had to wait around the front of the building for a minimal order even at least five minutes. And roughly half of the orders I have gotten here I’ve had to go back inside for. I do not recommend this McDonald’s.

Placed an ONLINE MOBILE ORDER. Came to pick up. Still waited 20 minutes for the order. All you all do is pull cars. Wouldn’t it make sense to get the AirPods out of the kids ears, make the food faster???
