This WAS the best mcdonalds in Lubbock. All they care about now is the drive times.Thats why corporate systems are garbage. They dont care if the employees have customer engagement. They dont care if the employees take the wrong order, give the wrong order, just get the stupid drive times down

Fresh fries bring the whataburger ketchup. Dining less busy here, so good to dine in, but drive through busy.
Placed a online order and when picked up I did not receive the correct items and due to the dinner rush in the drive thru line I was not able to check to make sure the correct items were in the bag but this mistake has happened numerous times at this location I’ve noticed.. they need new management or something because it seems to me like all they have is bad reviews and bad service and bad food

Twice now in a row same day 2/21/24 me and my wife both ended up ordering here as its the closest, and they always leave something missing from the order, mine was missing 2 saugsage mcmuffin with eggs and for my wife missing a large coke and left no sauce for the nuggets yet they charge full price...they always get us due to drivethrough as people are busy and left with no options when in a rush

To be completely honest, I have tried to be as forgiving and gracious about the situations that occured at this McDonald's. However, there are plenty of times where we have entire burgers and fries missing. We even came home with two kids meals with just the toys inside and no nuggets. Today, I ordered through the drive thru and was instructed to park where there were already cars. So I parked and then had to go inside to pick up my order which they did not get correct, so after I put the food in my car I had to go back inside again to retrieve what was missing from my order. There was no remorse for their incompetence.

Not sure who trained the drive thru staff but whoever did, they did a poor job. I was there like 10 minutes ago to pick up an order I made on the app. Made it to window 1 and I had to adjust all the lids on all the drinks, then they forgot a McFlurry. I told the worker and she rudely said you didn’t order one but it’s good, I offered my receipt with it clearly on it and she said ITS GOOD.
