As not a big complainer, and someone who never reviews, I cannot stress enough how garbage this location is. The incompetence is undeniable from the employees and management. I have never once received a completely correct order, whether it be pickup or delivery. Fire the entire staff, replaced them, and train them better. I will never go to this location again.

This is the slowest mc Donald’s i have ever been in. It’s not the employees fault they never have enough employees. No one is ever in the cash register, you can’t even keep your self busy enjoying your drink, the soda mc machine is in the kitchen area. Even using the app to get the order started won’t help you avoid the wait. This is going to be near a highway I can’t imagine this getting worse

This was the worst experience I've had at a fast food restaurant. Made my order and was told that the same order for breakfast that I had yesterday across town was more expensive here today. Not only did they charge me more for the exact same breakfast order, but they also made me wait 5 minutes to get it. When the girl finally came up to the window to bring my iced coffees, they were dripping with milk, caramel, and coffee. I asked her to please clean them before handing them into my car. She stood staring at me with a puzzled look and shrugged as her hands were full. (One cup in each hand that were filthy on the outside) I took one of the cups so she could get some napkins and she forced the other in my hand as well. When she returned with a napkin, she held it out to me to clean my own cup (though now my hands are full). I handed the cups back to her and she refused to take them as she started she already handed them out the window. When I finally got it all cleaned up, though not before I had milk and stickiness all over myself and the car, I realized she did not give us straws. I honked to get someone's attention. No one bothered to come check. I then honked again as a Manager walked by the window and out to another vehicle. Still no response. I honked again as the manager returned to the store with no response. I honked again, longer this time. I noticed the gentleman in the car behind me pointing and gesturing to me as he was talking to the girl at the window. Still no response. I will not be back to this location and will be sure to let everyone know of the unprofessional behavior of the staff!

Just left after spending 9$ on a McMuffin, hash brown, and medium Dr Pepper because they “couldn’t make” a frappe that costed 4 dollars when I ordered it. Don’t come here the service is sub par and nothing is ever fresh anyway

Not only did you completely mess up my order but you just threw maybe 6 onions on it with no cheese and I had to add it myself and called it good. This is the driest burger I’ve ever had in my life . I’ve had a lot of quarter pounders in my life and this takes the cake for the worst one.
