Went to use my app cost me 4,000 points just for them to say ohh we don’t got those right now ok we’ll can i substitute it bc my points are redeemed now but nope terrible service rude and need to have a sign saying don’t redeem for this item bc we are out ahead of order line bs

Had to wait next to keosh for a while, when other vechical make their order. Good 6 cars. I guess have to find another's place to purchase food. Fries cold burger cold. Also drink was not what was ordered. Do not recommend tjis location.

Sucks everytime I come to this one they always mess up my food. Sad cause it’s my daughters favorite McDonalds. We ordered a a cheeseburger boo basket and they gave us nuggets. I ordered a additional 10 piece and never received those with my meal. I made it all the way home before I knew what happened. Sad day that yall were out of a lot of things including the boo baskets such a disappointment. McDonald should be more prepared for high volumes of customers.

Usually the service is phenomenal. Today is a different story, I ordered a large caramel iced coffee with chocolate drizzle and paid extra for the chocolate drizzle but did not receive the chocolate drizzle. Other than that they are really good about getting the orders right and getting customers taken care of in a timely manner.
