McDonalds is overpriced on everything. And why are the french fries always lukewarm at best? As busy as they are you expect to get hot fries. You can go to a real sit down restaurant and eat for less and have a better dining experience

I placed a curbside order and waited 8 minutes past the “your order is ready” notification through the app before i got the food, but was told they’d be back with the drinks. Another 5 minutes go by. The place is pretty dead for a saturday night and I had to call the store to ask for my drinks. Was told “they must’ve forgot” like gee, thanks for forgetting something so simple. Then comes out the chick with the three large drinks cradled in her arms and I asked “do y’all not have drink carriers?” she said “oh we do we just didn’t know..”wellidk think smarter not harder? Not only for me, but for yourself? Could’ve made it easier to carry outside to the curbside spot ??♀️

Extremely rude manager, didn't fix my order, sent my food back out to me with nuggets in the bottom of bag and snatched my order out my hand because of my complaint. She set bad example of Authority to the employees and apparently she is this way all the time from a co worker. I definitely contacted corporate and want be returning to this McDonald's.

The only reason I continue 2 go 2 this location is because of where I live. Every morning I go and order the same thing 4 senior coffees with 4 cream & 4 sugar, and they have never gotten it right, ever. They seem 2 always forget the sugar. Most importantly, when I go up 2 the window 2 pay, I doesn't matter who the person is, they never give me the smile or greeting the script requires.(I used to work 4 McDonald's) It's like no one there can stand their job & they wanna take it out on the paying customers. Oh well, here in this city Haters and Fakers go way out of their way 2 get in the way! Weirdos!
