We asked many time repeat the order so their no miss understanding and everything the order is wrong and they dont seem to care I take my food back many times and nothing. My wife went up their a few days ago and they wouldn't even talk to her it was a huge problem. I asked for the cooperates number and they didn't want to talk to me. I know the holidays suck but I am always nice ans respectful and try not to get upset but 3 time in one night and act like it my fault excuse me. If anyone know the number for corporate let me know.

Walked in to place order, very chaotic. 3 friends, customers talking to one of the workers while 2 Uber waiting for their pick-up and none asked assisted me after waiting exactly 6 minutes decided to go somewhere else. No such thing as fast food or customer service. This store has gone down in both areas.

Come on McDonald’s , my pancakes clearly looked like they were dropped on the floor and picked up and put in the tray. Is this how you serve people … the pancakes had some type of grains on it ( must be from the floor) it’s not right the employees clearly should have seen it — GROSS DID NOT Eat BEWARE people CheCk your food

Everyone on their phones, rude when asked any type of question at all. Ordered at night around 9:30-10:30 pm. Completely disrespectful and forgot two items on my order that only had three things. When asked if everything was in the bag the female worker rudely responded with an attitude, it was a doordash so they werent able to check. It was missing almost the entire order and both doordashers did let me know the horrible conditions with the store as i had to RE-ORDER due to them forgetting most of my order. Doordash did a good job handling the situation.

We ordered online from this McDonalds and it was terrible. They forgot one of our burgers and our McFlurry … so we had to go back and they seemed like they didn’t believe us when we said they forgot one of our burgers … not to mention when they gave us our McFlurry it was melted … they didn’t remake it … and they took forever making our burger, not wanting to give it to us so we chose to leave … terrible service . Never going there again.

We were craving some vanilla ice cream cone from McDonald’s and we got them! To my surprise the girls from the window asked us if our boys could have a pup cup. I didn’t even know they did that here and of course we had to get one. I didn’t catch their names but thank you girls so much our boys loved it!!

I went drive thru . Pple on speaker . Now days they just say order when u ready is that it . You trying looking for more items they be like all in hurry . Every drive . They having rude pple. That even that's for choicing mcds. Nothing. Especially drive thru from University and I /27.o they are some on 82.unversity.speakers need more manners. Seriously 😳don't if the Hispanic chubby guy around 1.00pm. 8/31/25,and Crispy chicken very dry and 2 pickles and simple buns combo. No sauce or nothing not even dame flavor.
