Man I went in there on 6/26/2025 at high noon lunch rush and they were getting there butts handed to them and they were training new employees as well on register. Employee didn't hear ne right so Miss Lady Tara was doing all kinds of things, I think her blood pressure was high (told her to keep an eye on that lol) but when frustration comes in but you hold your composure and provide awesome customer service with a smile while managing a store, I live for that. I was on a 30 min lunch break and a refund was needed for me to get the right order, she came in like a boss and took care of your boy. I was strapped for time but food came out quick and I had enough time to eat and It was awesome. She even said I can sit in the player section(back part of store)Which was very clean, all the crew acknowledged me when they didn't have to and that's rare. Awesome place to go during lunch rush cause they move like oil in a machine. Will be back. Make sure Ms Tara checks thet BP🤒😁💯. Highly recommend for anyone.

And this is why I haven't been to McDonald's in over a year. First time back and this is what they served me for over 20 dollars. Mind you these are 2 meals that they put into one plate. It took 3 people to talk to me for them to figure things out. No one wanted to talk about this. And the girl that is at the window really needs some customer service help. I don't knew her name but she seemed black and I only say that to describe from the other people. She told me to take my drink. Sir! Take your drink! This will be my last time. I can see now why this place is heading down hill. At least he service with a smile. That i could if dealt with.

Went in for a quick bite to eat on my lunch break. 2 people in the lobby, employees continued to walk right past me as I waited to order. After the 4th employee passed me and did not take my order. I figured it was fair to say this location may be drive thru only.

I love the staff here. I get a coffee here almost every morning, and the staff is just so friendly. They all know me, and I feel like I'm swinging by every morning to say hi to some old friends. Love their Carmel Iced Coffees. Don't really eat the food, but I have tried their chicken sandwiches, and they are really good.
