Waited over an hour, only to be missing 1/3 of my order. Employees were arguing too much to care. When I brought the mistake to their attention, it was as if I made the mistake. Love McDonald’s, will not return to this location.

The food was dripping grease I had to wait 5 mins at the front just to get a napkin. I could see the people in the back talking and on there phones I said hello I whistled they ignored me. I won't be back. 4th and slide is much better

Ordered on the app and was told food would not br ready until I got there and I wanted drive thru pick up. For some reason the app put me on dine in pick up, food was cold and nasty like it was sitting there for awhile and when I went through drive up to get my order instead of just acknowledging the app mistake and handing my order through the window I had to go in and get it. The price is ok for the place. Not an impressive store it's hard to access from all angles. It was clean

What I like about McDonald's is the McDonald's app you can earn points and get great deals on free food. The rewards and point system is easy to use and fun. The service is always friendly and good atmosphere every time I go in to grab a bite to eat.

The food was cold, and had 5 drinks brought out without a drink carrier and then the members that brought this all out to me looked at each other like uh what do we do. Had no pickles or onions on my quarter pounder or double quarter pounder. This is the worst I've gotten from McDonald's.

However on this visit one of the employees was off duty and the foyer on their personal cell phone swearing and angry and having an argument with his roommates while still wearing all of his McDonald's uniform very unprofessional management should have stepped in

I always stop at this one because it is closest to me on the way anywhere. I ordered a hot and spicy mcchicken and 2 spicy wraps. Instead i got a mcrispy deluxe and a mcchicken. Did not have time to go back and correct the order. Seriously just double check the orders and read it back.

Went to get breakfast (steak, egg sandwich) did not even get what I ordered! Instead you’re normal (sausage, egg sandwich). Used this location since it is close to work. If you do not hear the customer order… say “can you repeat that?” Also ready the order back. I did not have time to turn around and get the order fix since I was heading work. This does not go for JUST this location but all McDonalds around Lubbock.
