Omg. Had been craving mcdonalds.. .plus it was close by the job we were working on,that day being the last of day of this horrible 4 day fiasco...anyways, weren't in a rush- but after ordering I looked up and we'd sat there 17 min. When we got our order food was wrong, employees were rude AF and needless to say I went back to finish the job hungry! Working with the public especially food industry isn't as easy as people think,but customer service just isn't really a thing anymore.

We have ordered multiple times on the app, and this location has refused service for being shortstaffed or not taking our order because they are busy. They always have an excuse. Just poor service.

My favorite McDonald’s closes at 12 yet I pay online and get to the store at 1030 at night just for them to say they closed…. I replied with” what if I already paid”. The sweet lady said it wouldn’t be accepted and it would be refunded. I would have argued because it was accepted because I was given a code. I live down the street from this McDonald. Took me 2 min maybe to get to the store. Kinda confused but hopefully I get my money back because I hate arguing with the good people. I understand they’re just doing their job but I paid and I expect my money back

Went through the drive-thru got my meal but got a Diet Coke instead of regular coke. Not wanting to cause a giant scene or anything I dumped it out and went inside to get the correct beverage. Just so happens that Hugo (the owner) was in there speaking to an employee it looked like it. And as I was walking out stopped me and informed me I would need to pay for it. Understanding how it looks I told him yeah I did I just went through the drive through and got the wrong beverage and didn’t wanna cause a scene about a drink. He goes on to tell me his side of the story and how it looks and I completely understood but then sarcastically tells me merry Christmas and to have a good day. Like he just gave me a present of a free beverage. But from a customer I gave him one for not making a scene and did my own guest recovery.Long story short. They are not guest forward they are profit forward. So make sure you keep your receipt and make sure your order is right before you pull away.A simple question instead of an accusation to start the conversation could have solved this interaction Hugo. Sorry if you feel you lost out on a dollar beverage today.

Waited in a 2 car drive thru line for 20 min now I'm not sure if they were busy inside but it didn't seem like it. I ordered a 4 piece nugget and a med fry. They gave me the med fry but it was less than half full. As I was the last car in the 2 car line they were not sure if my order was mine. They seemed very confused about everything. To my mobile order number to my order to even my receipt.

Too much mayo and found hair in my food. I told them and described the hair and they didn't give me a new one, apologize and even at least give a refund. I also asked for light salt on my fry's and tasted like they dumbed the whole box and my fries.

Worst customer service on the planet!Walk in the lobby that was open at 7:30 am only to be told the lobby was closed and she had no crew. But as the manager standing there in front of the register was unable to even place an order. She said I could go through the drive through but I drive large truck that doesn’t fit in the drive lanes. Appreciate the help!!

Overpriced and petty over coffee

Artis the night shift manager is rude and unprofessional. We ordered double cheese burgers plain. We got the burgers with no cheese and then the manager Artis argued with us telling us that if you put it plain it comes with no cheese, he even said, “how are you going to tell me how to do my job.” After that he hung up while I was asking for cooperates number or the General managers name.Ended up calling and following up with the General manager Brandon (who was really nice).
