This is the second time that I have had to come back because I have ordered ranch snack wrap, and they have been given to me as spicy snack wrap. Not to mention numerous other times that we’ve had to bring back food because directions weren’t followed or customizations weren’t followed. This location seems to have a really hard time reading and comprehending people’s orders. And every time you bring a mistake to their attention, they seem annoyed with having to deal with you.

I order online plenty of times the past few times I order online I'm still having to wait and extra 25 mins for my food service sucks! It's horrible I don't know why I attend to spend my money here smh! Then to be told to move up to spot B well it was full didn't know where to park then they gave my food to someone else this is crazy!

Terrible drive thru staff, asked for a number 8 fish filet, and was told it was a number 6 and that the combo numbers only go to 7(than why am I looking at 8 different combos with the number 8 being a fish filet sandwich) than we we're told that it wasn't being sold at the time. Terrible experience and won't be back to this location at all.

Went to the drive thru, I ordered a sausage McGriddle with NO EGGS(I’m highly allergic) they still put EGGS in my sandwich. I didn’t notice it till I got home I called and spoke to the manager and all she did was apologize!! I think it’s time a lawyer!!!

This location is horrible. The shift that works on Sundays during 6 PM is the most unprofessional and rude staff I have ever seen the manager in the back was cussing. They were horse playing took them 45 minutes to get an order out. Didn’t acknowledge anybody at the counter. I hope corporate sees this and does a correction to this manner.
