Horrendous service, place my order and was told to park in one of the parking bays, it took 40-45 MINUTES to get my order and it was still completely wrong would not recommend ordering here if you want quick and reliable service.

Went by and ordered a meal and it was cold burger tasted like it has been setting there for awhile and the fryers where cold and hard as for extra ice in the tea and did not get any ice the chicken nuggets tasted like they where setting all day and cold the cost was 20.22 gave them 21.00 and was told that they need 25 cents more guess they wanted a tip and the service was not good at all sad to say the food was not great and I was not going to drive back it is sad that there service and food quality has gone down

Asked for fries without salt. Received fries with 40lbs of salt. They want $20 an hr.🤷♀️. Decided to go again. Let me save yall a trip. They have no ice, no diet drinks cannot remember to put cheese on burgers. Smoothie drinks are only half way full. Burgers are so greasy you need a whole roll of paper towels to soak them and dark brown fries.

Frustrating! Used the app to get a free chicken mcnuggets. I wanted to add to the order to get a small fries and coke. It wouldn't let me. I had to make 2 seperate orders. Then, the small fries and coke don't get delivered to my table. I had to hunt them down. All in all, it's not a big deal to have to find the rest of my order. Just kind of irritating that it could have been avoided if I could place 1 order.

The manager jeffrey was unbelievably helpful and was on the ball unlike any manager I have seen at this location in a long time! Complained about my order and he was prompt and polite to keep my service coming again by making the order personally after writing it down to ensure accuracy. I really wish more mcdonalds would learn from what proper customer service looks like when you have people like him who care to make it right and did not once blame anyone for the mistake! Thank you Mickie ds my family was grateful for the food and great hospitality!
