The food is fresh and delicious. There are a lot of options to customize the bowl. The drinks are amazing and refreshing. I would recommend combining the refreshers. Absolutely thirst quenching and not too sweet.

The food was absolutely delicious. Everything we ordered was super fresh and delicious. The restaurant was squeaky clean. I truly wish this restaurant was closer to where I live. We will definitely be going back next time we are in town.

Great service, clean atmosphere, and great food. Highly recommend.

The atmosphere is like, Panda Express, and I have never eaten this kind of food before, and they have some pretty accommodating health foods and I tried some stuff that I have never had before, which was cool. And that's why I came here.
The staff were very helpful in answering all my many, many questions LO and the place was very clean. The restroom was clean and the food was good and hot.

I'd like to start by saying we come here very often and understand if there is new staff.
However the team today, one in particular that started our order was very rude and had an attitude the entire time we were in the restaurant.

We came in today and ordered the exact thing we always order. When I was given about half a scoop of roasted veggies and asked for more they starred at me and said it'll cost more. (They didnt charge me once they realized it was so little.)

Then we got to the checkout, I told them once there was bread ready we'd need that too and that was all. We completely finished our food and watched them had out bread to 4 different family's that came in after us and still didn't bring any to us, so we had to go ask for it.

This place is MUST try if you are driving through Lubbock. Located near Costco, this place has huge dine in and cute outdoor sitting as well in covered area.
I liked about this place that they offer variety but Menu is also simple with custom bowl options. You can choose a base, protein, veggie -salad, sauce, dip and lot of toppings.
I got orzo rice base, falafel as protein, roasted veggies, green tahini sauce, muhammra as dip. This bowl also comes side of pita,and I also got hummus as second dip on side. Falafel came fresh, 4 comes in a bowl. Overall pretty good quantity - enough to share between 2.
Pretty fast service as most of stuff in pre made but pita and falafel were coming fresh.

This was my first Mediterranean food experience. I liked the food, it is light and healthy. Much better than a bunch of greasy food like so many places in lubbock!

I love Moto Medi. Tastes amazing. Good bang for your buck. Some hero gave me extra lavash bread in my DoorDash tonight and I love you forever for that.

We came in with a group of 6 around 9pm. Greeted by 3 smiling faces, they fixed all of our food, and talked us through the process of ordering since it was our first time. It seemed a lot like Mediterranean style Chipotle. You got to pick what you wanted in the bowl, and even close to closing the food was delicious! They even serve you soft serve with a delightful Turkish coffee syrup to go over. Will definitely go back the next time we are in Lubbock.
