I am so tired of liking something and you stop making it!! Snickerdoodle, Biscoff.
My favorite. So how about trying a Churro?

They used Uber Eats to deliver a birthday cake to the wrong address, and sent me to spanish speaking Uber helpline, to see about a refund. I had to look up the English speaking number, only to be told that Nothing Bundt Cakes would need to issue a refund. I had copied the address correctly from my notepad and pasted it into their order form, as I have done several times before, without issue. When it pasted, the E in front of 30th apparently mysteriously disappeared. I received no refund, and my 85 year old mother-in-law received nothing. I hope the strangers who received her cake enjoyed it. I will never order from this company again.

Celebrated hubby's birthday today with the carrot cake! While I was browsing I saw & got to try the Pineapple upsidedown bundtlet and it's now a new family favorite!! Service is always friendly and fast!!

I really really love the cakes from here. They always have the flavors I am needing and they are very fresh. However, most times the staff is not very friendly. It’s not a huge deal, but I do wish it was a bit more welcoming when visiting. At least the cakes are delicious!

We checked this place out around 2:30 on 10/19 after eating lunch next door. We were warmly welcomed as we walked through the door. After examining the selection available, I asked what the best flavor was, and the response was white chocolate raspberry without a second of hesitation. So of course, I had to order that. And my son chose the red velvet Bundt cake. I was shocked that they were only $5 each! And the flavor was well worth the price! The cakes were moist and bouncy and fluffy and wonderfully delicious with an amazing icing that paired perfectly. I personally enjoyed the red velvet more than the white chocolate raspberry, but that is just my own preference. Both were fantastic, and I would highly recommend either of them. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our sweets from here, and we had a good time!

We went October 2, 2024
Highly disappointed! The bundtlets are not bundt cakes at all. They are regular cakes, with regular buttercream frosting. The vanilla doesn't even taste like vanilla, the Snickerdoodle tasted like straight cinnamon and the frosting tastes like candle wax. it was not the normal Nothin Bundt Cakes frosting! When I saw the vanilla cakes, I noticed they looked different than what I've seen in other places, but I didn't think anything of it, until I took a bite. It looked different, because it was different. When my sister and niece tasted the vanilla cake and told me it was disgusting, I didn't believe them, because I've had it many many times(from other stores)... But I tasted it and they were right!
Idk if this was just a day where they didn't make the bundtlets, actual bundt cakes, or if this is an every day occurrence. Either way, it was a waste of money(We bought 7 bundlets). Now I will have to bring my family some bundtlets from the city I live in, so they can get the real experience of Nothin Bundt Cakes because this was definitely not it.
I thought with a franchise, the recipes and things had to stay the same in all stores, but apparently not. Even the little blue bags that they sell for $1, are bags that other Nothin Bundt Cakes use to give you your bundlets in when you purchase them lol. The only reason I didn't give it a 1, is because the place was cute and the staff was nice.

Clean store and very friendly staff. I stopped to get my bonus Niece & Nephew some birthday treats (they love the Lemon). The two employees that helped me were very polite and helpful. Solid experience.

Went in to grab a cake for a birthday. A mom and girls were in front of us and the girl was having her birthday today, and she brought in her id to show proof for a free mini bundtlette. The owner was there and was very rude to her and to the employees about it, saying they no longer do that and that you must be signed up for a Eclub and wait until a following year to get the birthday reward. I bet it hurt the little girls feelings and on her birthday. Also the new policy is taped on the door but that part is written really small. Very disappointed at the way the owner acted to the girl and her employees.

Today, I sent my son a cake for his 37th birthday. I ordered the cake on 03/13/24 so there was plenty of time to review the order correctly. On the attached card, I specifically wrote Happy 37th birthday! When he got the cake this morning, he asked me if I ordered the cake 2 yrs ago because it said, "Happy 35th birthday!" I contacted the store and spoke with a young lady who admittedly stated with a snarky laugh, "Uh, yea, I'm pretty sure that was me that did that." Her damage control on this mishap was for my son to, "Come up to the store so he can get a corrected card." Yes, a corrected card, that makes it so much better! Wow, great customer service there! Disappointing to say the least. Customer service and satisfaction, once again..... out the door.
