Today, I sent my son a cake for his 37th birthday. I ordered the cake on 03/13/24 so there was plenty of time to review the order correctly. On the attached card, I specifically wrote Happy 37th birthday! When he got the cake this morning, he asked me if I ordered the cake 2 yrs ago because it said, "Happy 35th birthday!" I contacted the store and spoke with a young lady who admittedly stated with a snarky laugh, "Uh, yea, I'm pretty sure that was me that did that." Her damage control on this mishap was for my son to, "Come up to the store so he can get a corrected card." Yes, a corrected card, that makes it so much better! Wow, great customer service there! Disappointing to say the least. Customer service and satisfaction, once again..... out the door.

Very disappointed was my birthday and I have been ill was unable to pick up my cake they only give you a few days to pick it up it should at least be till the end of the month or allow a family member to pick up with your license plus they close to early should be a least open till 7:00 people work late sometimes.

We used Nothing Bundt Cakes for our wedding and it was such a big hit! We ordered every flavor and their flavor of the month and literally had non left at the end of the night !

The cake and icing tastes amazing, however they aren’t the best option if you have a gluten allergy or dairy allergy. They have one gluten free and a couple dairy free options. I got a cake on the day of my engagement by a friend who knew my now husband was proposing.. I threw up all night long after having a slice of their cake. I didn’t want to believe it was their cake and maybe something else I ate instead, I got a cake, again, during our shower and once again, I spent one of the best days of my life in the bathroom throwing up. They taste amazing, but not the best option. I would love to see them expand their menu more for people with sensitivities.
I could put zero stars if I could. Horrible service especially on my birthday. I couldn’t get military discount, couldn’t even get a spoon. I couldn’t get a free bundtlet for my birthday, you know how degrading it felt? A place were someone is supposed to go to celebrate something exciting, obviously the worker was not having a great day or she just isn’t a people person. Definitely wouldn’t recommend coming to this place if you want to celebrate exciting occasions.

These little cakes are the best ever. So moist and the best cream cheese frosting ever. All of their flavors are amazing, carrot cake is my personal favorite. For a national chain, these cakes are seriously the best. Buy a dozen for the office and be everyone's new best friend.

I'm not a fan of cream cheese so I don't normally shop here. However, a friend was having a birthday and she enjoys them so I ordered online (that was super easy). I was running late for the pick up and got there at 6:01 after they closed at 6:00. Of course I was blocked in so I had to wait to leave and saw the staff start cleaning so I went to knock on the door. My order was already paid for and prepared...I was completely ignored! I wasn't expecting to be let in after close but how hard would it have been to say "I'm sorry we are closed, here's a menu, please come back." The person sweeping clearly motioned to me at her boss but was told to ignore me.I called (still blocked in) to leave a message to cancel my order out of frustration and it was answered. I was told "You will need to call back tomorrow because we are closed" to which I responded that I knew that because I've been blocked in sitting out front for 11 minutes since 6:01. He decided to let me pick up my order but I won't be going back even for a friend.
