Now We Taco'n Taqueria

Everyone loved the food! It was wonderful and the customer service is on point! We ordered catering last minute and they were so accommodating to us. They even helped bring the food to the car. Highly recommend on any day and for any event!

Hours are incorrect. Went up to try out this new place, and the doors were locked, open sign was off. Place looked empty. This was a Thursday so I'm assuming they are either closed for the day or close early. Would love to give them another try and update my review.

First time here 5 stars for hospitality me and my son about to tear up these 20 street tacos ...

Been there a few times. Love the choice of salsas. And the folks who run it are very customer oriented. They'll do whatever you need. Highly suggested.

I went to go pick up a customer food that said it would be ready for pick up at 12:30 pm. (This was ordered around 12:10 to 12:15 PM). Clearly enough time to make a taco, But when I get there and tell them who I’m there for, The worker writes the order and tells me it’ll be 10 to 15 minutes! Seriously In order that was ordered at this time over 20 minutes ago has yet to even be started!!! So please, everyone be aware that this restaurant is the type of restaurant that will not start making your order until you drive all the way to them and Tell them who you’re there to pick up for! What’s the point of ordering ahead of time online if it’s gonna take the same time it would if I just went into the restaurant. Absolutely ridiculous the way this business is run! Nearly 1245 until I was able to get the order that was placed 30 minutes before!!!! Ridiculous ridiculous ridiculous!

BEST place for street tacos!! Worth every penny. Also their in-store decor is FUN and from local artists. Workers are kind too!

Ordered a door dash pick up order 6-chicken w/ onions and cilantro and 8-carnitas with no onions and only received ALL chicken with cilantro cover in nothing but onions for both orders! Staff won’t answer the phone had to call multiple times. When they finally answered they wouldn’t do anything about it wouldn’t even offer to remake the order. Terrible customer service, chicken tacos could have been edible had they not been more onion than chicken. If you order here check your order before you leave. Never have this problem when I go in person.

Possibly the worst tacos in Lubbock, chicken was so unbelievable dry I took one bite of my taco and threw away all 4 of them. Lady at the front wasn’t very nice as well.

I ordered barbacoa tacos and I was told they really only make barbacoa on the weekends so I was thankful that there was a catering and they had barbacoa left but I talked to a guy at the place twice and he assured me that I would get the extra cilantro and onions limes in the Verde salsa I didn't get any of that and the meat was kind of dry. Very disappointed. This is not what my friends food look like when he got food So I don't know if I'll try it again or not, and then when I called up there the young girl that answered the phone act like she was clueless didn't care that I wasn't happy didn't ask me that I want to speak to a manager or nothing she was just very nonchalant about the whole situation.

This is a place I always tell people or family about. Such a great environment to come with others and by self. Owner and his family are sweet. I love this place. I'm addicted to their rice, sauce and tacos. Mix the green and white sauce together?
