I ordered from this Ohana via doordash and the dasher decided to cancel the order after pickup. (Not the restaurants fault) Order was automatically resubmitted and after two and a half hours of waiting they had the new dasher call me to ask if I wanted it made and I told them yes, I'm not the one who cancelled. Another 30 minutes later and the dasher messaged saying the sushi chef was refusing to make the order and was causing a scene. Had to cancel my order after waiting 3 hours and the poor dasher waiting with me completely wasted his time. Awful. Won't order from here again or go in person. I'll choose a different location.

I truly enjoy coming here. It’s quiet, simple, and delicious. The rice is always perfect, it’s never dry. The servers are kind and attentive. The atmosphere is perfect after a long, noisy day out in the world.

The food is super delicious, the service is perfect. They're always on the lookout for your drink to bring you more. They serve you quickly! My youngest son, who's 5, loves going there. The chefs create a very family-like atmosphere and make you feel very comfortable at all times.

Hour long wait for cold steak (maybe 3 oz?) and warm scallops and steamed rice.
Sashimi didn’t even come with rice.

$50 for what should be a $30 meal.
Server explained they prioritize door dash over in person people so that’s why it took so long.
Server was friendly.

Won’t be coming back.

Delicious food and ambiance! I ordered the Hibachi chicken and a Spicy Shrimp roll. My server was so sweet and friendly. Can't wait to come back!

We LOVED this place! They were the kindest and coolest people you could hope to get as servers and cooks. My son considered this his favorite hibachi meal to date, and I agree that it's a top contender for some of the best I've ever had. We thought there were two locations, but it seems they only share a name with another local restaurant, and I couldn't be more glad that we ended up at this one. We were greeted immediately upon entering and quickly sat at a grill table per our request. The lady serving us took our drink orders almost as soon as we sat down, and she remained attentive throughout our entire meal. We had refills before we even knew we were out. She was so kind that she deserves recognition for it. Shortly after being served soups and salads, our cook greeted us and proceeded to make some of the best food and jokes I've ever had the pleasure of experiencing. I can't say enough good things about this place. This will be a necessary stop every visit we take to lubbock moving forward. Immaculate!

Ordered delivery from them multiple times. Every order there is something missing or wrong. For the price I suggest going elsewhere.
