My experience at Ohana Restaurant was disappointing across the board.Firstly, the service was abysmal. Not only did the employees give me and my party disgusting looks, but they seemed to prioritize serving everyone else except me. To top it off, while we were still in the midst of our meal, they abruptly brought us the bill and demanded payment, leaving us feeling rushed and unwelcome.Secondly, the food was outrageously overpriced for what we received. The portions were minimal, with scanty slices of low-quality meat accompanied by a mere two tablespoons of rice. The overall quality of the meat was subpar, failing to justify the exorbitant prices.Lastly, this marked my third visit to the restaurant, and unfortunately, it will be my last. After consuming the food, I fell ill, further solidifying my decision to steer clear of this establishment in the future.Overall, my experience at Ohana Restaurant was deeply unsatisfactory. From the appalling service to the overpriced and underwhelming food, I cannot in good conscience recommend this restaurant to anyone.

When you are told it will be 5 minutes to be seated, then there are 2 groups seated in front of you is BAD customer service. I even went up after the first group was seated to question it. They apologized but after the second group was seated and I went up to the hostess stand I was told “oh our mistake” but no offer to fix the situation. I will not be going back there. Went to eat at Crushed and it was great!!

Food was pretty ok. But the place started to smell like sewage towards the end of our meal.

Man what to say. This place used to be amazing to eat at everything was always on point but here lately the meat is chewy has no flavor the rice flavor not there the rolls have been made very loose and sloppy and there always rushing you to get out. The last time we were in there we ordered 2 rolls and shrimp and steak. They barley put our rolls on the table and this guy put the check on the table as well Like I’mNot even close. It’s a game of how fast and how many people can get in and out of here. Then you try to raise concern with them and they dnt understand you and smile and walk away. So sad I will deff miss the old Ohana where you did feel like family

Great place for American style rolls in Lubbock! Their menu is massive - probably 100 different rolls. The filet was well cooked as were the scallops, quite delicious. The fried rice was average and underwhelming. One of the specialty rolls is enough food for the average diner. The edamame were undercooked/hard. Service was decent. The ambiance was a bit dissapointing - super dirty koi pond in the front that needs some cleaning and care. Also, a slight sewage smell was present in the restaurant. All that said, I will definitely be going again! I'll stick with American style sushi rolls as that is what really stuck out to my party as the best option!
