Ordered takeout. Arrived at designated time but food was cold.

We went to eat for my daughters birthday. We got a place to sit pretty quickly. The place was not crowded at all. We did wait about 15 minutes, and our waiter never came to our table. Needles to say, we left.

Went for lunch and waited 45 minutes for our meal. Waitress told us about 30 minutes in that we were waiting on shrimp to cook and 15 minutes later the two meals we ordered with shrimp arrived cold and the shrimp was very tough. Also had soup that was cold. Probably won't go back.

Went out to Olive Garden yesterday and had one of the best servers we have ever had there. He was quick with refills and soup! The food was ok but that’s kind of expected with Olive Garden. The Alfredo sauce on my pasta was just dumped on it and not mixed at all, the chicken also seemed to be overcooked and chewy. The soup was great and the breadsticks were fresh and tasty. Will be back but a little overpriced for what seems like microwaved sauce dumped on linguini.

The menu had a lot less choices available. We were sat in the bar area, even though there were lots of tables available.

We decided to eat here after driving for 8 hours in post Thanksgiving traffic from Houston. It was fairly close to our hotel and after a long day on the road the idea of some satisfying Italian themed food just sounded like a good idea.
We pulled into the parking lot and found a space to park the truck and went in, it was quite busy and 15 people or so were waiting for a table. We were greeted by the hostess and we told her we would like a quiet table for 2. She said it would be a 20 minute wait but within 8=10 minutes we were called and taken to our table.
We were quickly greeted by our server who was a young college age young man. We ordered some water and a bottle of wine. We also ordered an appetizer of the Frito Misto. Our water arrived and soon the Frito Misto but no wine. Our server got flagged by some customers at a table nearby who wanted 2-go boxes and to pay. We were half way through the appetizer when he showed up with our salad wanting to serve us. I insisted he get the wine, or we might not have it at all. He went off and after 10 minutes or so showed up and poured some. I asked that he not rush us and not bring the entrees so quickly. He said he would try but I know how these places are, they want to turn tables and get the food out as quickly as possible.
The appetizer was ok, very nice and hot but a bit salty for my tastes. The salad was ok, only 2 small tomato slices and 2 black olives over chopped iceberg lettuce.
The entrees came, my wife had the meat tomato sauce over angel hair pasta and I had the grilled salmon and broccoli. It was all good, nice and hot and fresh.
We didn't get dessert and asked for the bill. We had half a bottle of wine so they corked and bagged it up to go.
The meal was fine, it was what we needed to relax a bit. Our server was young and said he had only been serving for 3 weeks. We tipped him nicely as he tried really hard.

I’ll just say we didn’t like the food. Maybe we ordered whats not good on menu. It was our first time. But besides food, the service and ambience of this place is really good.

Food was very good & the server was good as well but the prices have gotten too high for us seniors on fixed incomes & though we still very much like the food, the higher prices have now become a deterrent to eating there as often as before.
Had to drop the rating mostly due to the increased pricing which also creates higher tips therefore making it too expensive.

Still a great location for date night. Shared a pitcher of sangria which seemed a little light on the alcohol side. The food was fine but our waitress was fantastic. All of the dishes seemed a little lacking on seasoning but nothing was offensive. Salad and soup were spot on as usual. The experience was made by the service staff. She was so friendly and attentive. Hope to see her again soon.

We came in last night before the game ended and we sat down she brought out our drinks that looked and tasted watered down then we went ahead and ordered. It took 30-45 minutes to get bread sticks and salad, we had to complain to a manager just to get it! Then went it came out we got soup and two of the soups had meat and potatoes one was just broth. When we got the salad the lettuce was so mushy not fresh. We asked for another one and a different soup took about 20-30 minutes just to get that! Waitress was so rude. We told her we were sorry and not trying to be rude she looked at my sister and said “umm okay” and rolled her eyes! I will never be back to this Olive Garden! Feel free to call me is you’d like I left my number in the review on your tablet things you pay with!

Boy I had my taste buds ready for a WOW experience...I spent 34 dollars on a tasteless soup and chicken Alfredo. Smh but the curbside customer service was great.

Went for a night out with my daughter and was excited to go out and have a good evening. Got here and was seated with the waitress Alyssa who did not check on us that often and didn’t com back to see fiber needed anything at all. Felt like we where a burden to her and I had to literally get up and ask for what I needed while the nice young man next to us that was waiting tables had an excellent demeanor and customer service skills. Coming from a management stand point this experience was awful. Food tasted cold and lack of flavor. I don’t believe I will be back anytime soon and will definitely not recommend this to my friends or family.
