poor management. They will advertise a sale and when you show up, they inform you they moved the sale to another date with no announcements on their page. They don't reply to phone call or messages. I've wasted enough time and gas trying to give them a chance. I'm officially not their customer anymore.

This was my first visit with my husband. He had shopped several times in the past . We were greeted nicely by Brennin . He answered questions for me and they were even ready to close but he took the time and was patient. I purchased a dozen pieces of Chocolate. It is very good ! Great place to shop for the upcoming holidays as well.

Purchased a 12 oz. Kaffe coffee container through their website. I had to reach out in order for them to ship, which is fine as I wasn't stressing. Scott, reached out letting me know they will ship. Once I received the package a few days later, they shipped an 8 oz. I reached out to Scott and he apologized for not sending the correct one and said he would send me out a 12 oz. That was over two weeks ago. I have tried reaching out multiple times and no response.This wouldn't be an issue if I weren't paying for an 12 oz. and receiving an 8 oz. I guess I will just keep the 8 oz, but just a complete lack of professionalism on Scott's end.

Very cool shop they literally have a bit of everything. Candles, coffee beans whole or ground, they got you, marvel collectibles, yup, even Harry Potter stuff. They even had some crazy chocolates from France and Germany. A gentleman by the name of Scott was helping me on the day I went and he was very nice, we talked for like an hour. Really neat place, if you haven't been you should go check it out. I purchased some coffee and had it ground as well as some chocolates. Both were delicious. Sadly, Scott was waiting for a shipment to arrive so I was not able to get the coffee I really wanted. Nobody's fault though, shipping sometimes just sucks. I will be going back.

Don't ever buy from them. Made an order in November still hasn't shipped and when asked about it I got an email saying I'm not able to check your order right now and never got back to me! They just took my money and scammed me!

Terrible online order experience with this company! Beware! 9 days after I placed an order, no response. I emailed customer service and Scott responded that he would follow up by the end of the day. 2 days later.......No response. I sent another email yesterday.......still no response.
