When some one asks for mustard and chilli only to receive soy sauce, yall are out of line. Also when someone asks half and half brown and white rice, GIVE THEM WHAT THEY WANT, THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE IVE EXPERIANCED WITH YALL, HENCE 2 STAR

My husband’s food was good, but unfortunately my meal had several issues. It was undercooked the first time and overcooked the second, and I had to wait for it to be corrected, which resulted in me eating alone. We also had to wait for the bill to be fixed after it was incorrect. There was a lot of waiting overall.
We planned to pay with a gift card and cover the remaining balance with our card, but the waiter did not come back to let us know there was an issue so we could find a solution, and the full amount was charged to our card instead. It was an unfortunate experience overall.

Just walked out after sitting for 20 minutes and never having a server.
I am incredibly disappointed. I had never tried this before and still have not because after being seated for 30 minutes, we still had not been spoken to by a server even though many servers, and a MANAGER walked by us. We decided to leave and will most likely not try again. Can't say how the food is because I never got the chance to even order

The service was really good, the waiter was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was very nice. The food was really really good except the fried rice. It was awful. I had the salmon and it was by far the best salmon I've ever had and it was a big portion too. Will definitely be going back I just won't get the fried rice.

This is a consistently good restaurant. There are plenty of options in the menu for everyone. It's a good place to go for a date night or a good place to celebrate an occasion with the family.

Food terrible. Fried rice was bland tasted like cardboard. The meat was burnt to a crisp. Just terrible way over priced and the portions are small.

Ordered the entrée (3) during the lunch to go. Charged the entrée price but when we got home the serving size was extremely small. 8 thought the entrée was supposed to be big, the containers were half full

I had a great experience at P. F. Chang's. The food was great. The seasonal butternut squash dumplings were delicious. I also tried the apple spice cocktail that tasted like a spiced apple cider cocktail and it was great. The price was reasonable. Or waiter was Cameron and he was very attentive and fun. I highly recommend this place for date nights. It was quiet and had a very comfortable atmosphere.

Service was slow drinks, appetizer and food came at the same time despite drinks and appetizer being ordered way before entree because we were still waiting for another person to arrive to order food. It was very loud barley hear your table talking

The last time I went to a PF Chang's was 10 years ago and I remember it being a great experience and the food being top notch. This time, I can say I will never go back. From the minute we walked through the door and were greeted by the hostess to when we left it was nothing but disappointing. The hostess did not smile, she sat us at a 4 top with 5 people in our party crammed into a tiny table. The food was dry, lacked flavor, and tasted like last nights leftovers, but not in a good way. The restaurant was dirty, floors were filthy as were the bathrooms. Our server was great, the manager did try to make it right, and my drink was good, which is why I gave 2 stars. Otherwise not worth the money.
Our server was very sweet and kept checking on us but the appetizers did not taste good at all and our food took an hour and a half to come out and by the time it did, we asked for it to go and they still kept bringing it out which was super confusing because we couldn’t be clear enough. Awful and I will never be coming back. Also way too expensive and the manager said they would cover it for us because of how long we waited and we still had to pay.

Time for a change. This place has gone downhill over time. The food is hit and miss, the cleanliness is terrible and service is sub par. Last night will be our last. The manager decided to inventory the bar at 8pm. He parks in the way so the staff cannot work the area. Plus he’s sick - coughing and sneezing on every beer and booze bottle on hand. The bar area is a wreck. Straw boxes, takeout boxes and other junk stuff stacked everywhere, even stacked in a sink. I’m sure that’s a violation. Then we get our food and it’s stale and greasy. Tasted like a reheat job. I’m guessing they’d be very few people in Lubbock who have ate in Changs more than us. But we are done. GM must be terrible and managers are just drawing a check. This place will be out of business sooner than later without a serious change.
