A lady's car was stuck in the entrance of Panda Express when we pulled up to get some food…. We hoped out to help her jack the car up in order to get the massive rock out from underneath, which was hindering her ability leave, but our jack wasn’t big enough. As we were calling around for tow truck companies to come help the woman, Louis was inside working his shift and came to our aid. Luckily his jack was capable of accomplishing the job, we wouldn’t have been successful in helping the woman if it wasn’t for his actions. With all the evil in the world, be a light! Very disappointed customer. You have to PAY for a water cup?! On top of that the past 3 times I’ve come in, they haven’t given a fortune cookie. Will not be returning to this location despite its proximity.

HORRIBLE service. I went in for lunch (during work) and when I got back to the office to eat it, I realized I had been charged for shrimp when I ordered and got only chicken. I called and the response was “Are you sure?” and they said “I guess you can come back in and we’ll fix it.” Sorry dude I’M AT WORK. I come back in after i’m off at 7:15 and got no help. The lady was hesitant to give me a refund (even though i had pictures with time stamps) and when i asked for a refund got upset walked off and said. “We’re busy.” If you’re too busy to help when I waited in line patiently and was not another buying customer again, then do it right the first time please!!! It makes things worse when I can’t get helped about the error.

We have been eating at this panda location for over 4 years. But until they get a better manager there we will not go back. 30 minutes after eating the orange chicken and the walnut shrimp, my wife was throwing up, 10 hours after she ate, diarrhea hit. This went on for 3 days. We called the manager at this location explaining that what my wife had made her sick. The manager was very rude saying oh we go through a lot of training for food poisoning and it takes 24 hours to hit. But if you’re throwing up after 30 minutes and that was the only thing you have had all day. It can be food poisoning. Could have been under cooked chicken and seafood gets bacteria super bad if not handled or cooked properly. We called the district manager and they apologized for the rudeness and unprofessional behavior of the manager at that location. And it wasn’t about getting a free meal, we didn’t want anyone else getting sick. So now we will be looking for a different location.

They didn't have 2 items we wanted. Teriyaki chicken and beef and broccoli. The chicken I received was way over cooked and was like eating jerky. Not good at all. I ordered 6 egg rolls and only received 5. I asked for lots of soy sauce and didn't receive any at all. I even asked again before leaving and was told they had put a lot of soy sauce in my bag but when I got home the only thing we received was sweet and sour sauce. I was in the drive through for 40 minutes and was not given my receipt after they took the one I was given to make correction and so they would know what I should be given. Poor poor service and very poor food.

The people here were so incredibly rude. They had the doors locked 15+ minutes before closing and wouldn’t serve me and my sick child. Doors were locked so I walked over to the drive thru window and asked if I could get some food. And she said, “it’s like 8 minutes before close so…” Then I asked “why can’t I some buy food that’s still visibly out and prepared?” And She closed the drive thru windows door in my face. We had been driving all day, had a sick kid and were just so hungry. I was so upset I cried.
