Part of my order was two bowls, one with orange chicken and other was a firecracker bowl. We verified that we had two bowls when we got our food but didn’t realize that they were both orange chicken until we arrived home 30 minutes later. My wife called and explained the situation. The store gave us credit and I was able to get a firecracker bowl the following day. Thank you Panda Express for handling the situation with courtesy and understanding.
I had a great experience today at this location. Elias gave impeccable customer service. I had a complicated order, and he helped me work through it and repeated it several times to make sure it was correct. He didn’t lose his patience and he was also friendly during the process. Thank you, Elias!
