I came thru earlier today around 11:30 and I as soon as I pull up into the drive thru I was not even greeted and the lady almost sounded annoyed that I was there just trying to order food , secondly before I leave I asked for some sauces and she just looked at me then went to go grab them, comes back and doesn’t say a word just hands them and closes the window! Like??

I came right after lunch, and they were out of a few the entrees, but understandable. What I did get was hot, fresh, and delicious. What impressed me the most was how clean the bathroom was! I had one to many refills, so had to make a quick stop before I left. I was impressed for sure.

I am extremely disappointed with the service at this Panda Express location. I placed an online order at 6:00 PM with an estimated pick-up time of 6:20 PM. I arrived at 6:20, expecting my food to be ready. However, I ended up waiting for an additional 30 minutes and didn’t receive my food until 6:50. For a fast food restaurant, this kind of delay is unacceptable. Waiting for half an hour defeats the purpose of ordering ahead for convenience. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and there was no communication about the delay. I will think twice before coming back here.

Christopher S. Name shown on receipt. So rude. Was visibly annoyed when asked for the spring rolls we paid for. Had to empty the bag in front of him to ~prove~ they weren’t in our bag. Then rolled his eyes when asked for sweet and sour sauce was told “everything is in the bag” it wasn’t. I understand if you do not enjoy your job but you don’t have to be rude. Super uncomfortable experience. Mind you I have never left a review before.

Pulled into the drive thru a few minutes ago and no one said anything. We wanted a few minutes before saying something and we were told that they were backed up and needed a few minutes. The guy who told us was super nice and took our order quickly
. We were told when we ordered our broccoli beef that it would be a wait in which we waited almost 20 minutes. We didn’t mind because the staff was nice but when we finally got home there was literally like three pieces of beef???? So what was I waiting for?!?
