The food is delicious and fresh, and the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. They make a point of knowing customers' names, and they go out of their way to make your dining experience enjoyable. Look at this beautiful salad they just made for me!

Customer service was exceptional, esp by the manager, Tiffany. She was kind, helpful, and went out of her way to make sure we were satisfied. We will most definitely return. The food was great, too. I’ve forgotten how much I loved this restaurant and just recently tried it again. We were very pleased.

HORRIBLE DRINK CARRIERS!!! I had 2 large drinks and the cup holder totally tore when I went to grab it at home. Lost most of it...I'm disgusted that they would output a product without testing it first. If you get 2 larges...just carry them 😬
We went here not too long after it opened, the manager then was rude and it took so long to get our food and it wasn't good at all. Fast forward to today: we go in, there is no one working the counter, it looks closed inside. We order at the kiosk. We wait for someone to come give us our drink cups, took about 5 minutes for 1 person to notice. (Mind you, there is only 1 guy siting at a table just drinking coffee, no one at the drive thru...) The coffee is cold, no milk, asking to get any creamer was a hassle and they wouldn't give you more than 2. The pastries were out of a fridge and cold as ice. we get some of our food. I wait for my sandwich. Everyone else has eaten and I get mine 30 mins later. We gave it a second chance after years, and glad to see it's still the worst place to get food or any service at all :)

I don't understand why this location has bad reviews. People are too critical these days. Ive eaten here several times over the last 2 years. And, the staff is always super friendly & helpful. The food is always on point & delicious. The restaurant is always extremely clean. The wait time is always reasonable. In fact today the manager gave me a cookie because I had to wait a couple minutes. And it wasn't even a long wait. Great customer service. Keep up the great work guys!
