I love Panera anywhere LOL this location is fine I've been to nicer ones in Arizona but it does the job the food is great highly recommend

I got the chicken Caesar salad that came with a slice of sourdough bread. The chicken was disgusting and room temperature, the croutons were rock solid, and the sourdough was cold and rock solid. For $13 I’m very disappointed. Waited in line for forever even though there were only 2 cars ahead of me.

I just went to this Panera Bread two days ago for lunch and a little bit later I found that my debit card was being used for online deliveries from Door Dash, instacart as well Spec’s that were not mine. I ended up getting a call from the fraud detection center. I quickly realized that the only place that physically had my card that day was the lady that worked for Panera Bread. I contacted the store asking to speak to a manager who got on the phone and wrote down my name and phone number and let me know that the general manager would be contacting me
shortly, but that call never came. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

The staff are so friendly! The place is immaculately clean and organized, the music isn’t too loud and the AC was nice during the day. I didn’t order much, but what I got was excellent. Not sure why the reviews are low, maybe too many picky eaters! Give it a try for yourself.

I was hesitant to try this place due to the reviews but I thought it was pretty good. Everything was very fresh and the teas are amazing. My 7 yo ate her entire bowl of cheddar soup.

The food service was prompt and friendly! The bagels, muffin, and cinnamon roll were delicious! (The service today was way better than a year ago.)
this is the most unprofessional place I’ve been to!! Their customer service sucks! I made a drive thru order and when I pulled up to the window they tried to charge me the wrong price of what i ordered and when I told them that the worker stood there laughing. This isn’t the first issue I’ve had with them but honestly it needs to be fixed!! Definitely not a place I would recommend to anyone!!

People here need to learn customer service. Asked for a napkin because both holders were empty and the lady refused to hand me one. I had to wait for her to refill the napkin holder and then she handed me the napkin holder so I could be my own napkin.
