HORRIBLE DRINK CARRIERS!!! I had 2 large drinks and the cup holder totally tore when I went to grab it at home. Lost most of it...I'm disgusted that they would output a product without testing it first. If you get 2 larges...just carry them 😬

We went here not too long after it opened, the manager then was rude and it took so long to get our food and it wasn't good at all. Fast forward to today: we go in, there is no one working the counter, it looks closed inside. We order at the kiosk. We wait for someone to come give us our drink cups, took about 5 minutes for 1 person to notice. (Mind you, there is only 1 guy siting at a table just drinking coffee, no one at the drive thru...) The coffee is cold, no milk, asking to get any creamer was a hassle and they wouldn't give you more than 2. The pastries were out of a fridge and cold as ice. we get some of our food. I wait for my sandwich. Everyone else has eaten and I get mine 30 mins later. We gave it a second chance after years, and glad to see it's still the worst place to get food or any service at all :)

I don't understand why this location has bad reviews. People are too critical these days. Ive eaten here several times over the last 2 years. And, the staff is always super friendly & helpful. The food is always on point & delicious. The restaurant is always extremely clean. The wait time is always reasonable. In fact today the manager gave me a cookie because I had to wait a couple minutes. And it wasn't even a long wait. Great customer service. Keep up the great work guys!

I ordered through the app for a drive through order and made another stop before I went to retrieve my food. Their door was broken and the door they said to go through was locked. I had to wait on my food when I got inside because it still wasn’t ready though the app said it was. I got home and my “turkey” sandwich had no meat, plus tomatoes which I asked to be left off. This is the second time Panera has gotten something majorly wrong when I’ve ordered. I’ll be trying other places from now on. The quality and experience isn’t worth the money.

I got the chicken Caesar salad that came with a slice of sourdough bread. The chicken was disgusting and room temperature, the croutons were rock solid, and the sourdough was cold and rock solid. For $13 I’m very disappointed. Waited in line for forever even though there were only 2 cars ahead of me.
