They never have menu items. If they aren’t going to make a certain bread, take it off the menu.

I don't understand why this location has bad reviews. People are too critical these days. Ive eaten here several times over the last 2 years. And, the staff is always super friendly & helpful. The food is always on point & delicious. The restaurant is always extremely clean. The wait time is always reasonable. In fact today the manager gave me a cookie because I had to wait a couple minutes. And it wasn't even a long wait. Great customer service. Keep up the great work guys!

I ordered through the app for a drive through order and made another stop before I went to retrieve my food. Their door was broken and the door they said to go through was locked. I had to wait on my food when I got inside because it still wasn’t ready though the app said it was. I got home and my “turkey” sandwich had no meat, plus tomatoes which I asked to be left off. This is the second time Panera has gotten something majorly wrong when I’ve ordered. I’ll be trying other places from now on. The quality and experience isn’t worth the money.

I got the chicken Caesar salad that came with a slice of sourdough bread. The chicken was disgusting and room temperature, the croutons were rock solid, and the sourdough was cold and rock solid. For $13 I’m very disappointed. Waited in line for forever even though there were only 2 cars ahead of me.
I just went to this Panera Bread two days ago for lunch and a little bit later I found that my debit card was being used for online deliveries from Door Dash, instacart as well Spec’s that were not mine. I ended up getting a call from the fraud detection center. I quickly realized that the only place that physically had my card that day was the lady that worked for Panera Bread. I contacted the store asking to speak to a manager who got on the phone and wrote down my name and phone number and let me know that the general manager would be contacting me
shortly, but that call never came. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

The staff are so friendly! The place is immaculately clean and organized, the music isn’t too loud and the AC was nice during the day. I didn’t order much, but what I got was excellent. Not sure why the reviews are low, maybe too many picky eaters! Give it a try for yourself.

I was hesitant to try this place due to the reviews but I thought it was pretty good. Everything was very fresh and the teas are amazing. My 7 yo ate her entire bowl of cheddar soup.
