I always ask to look at my pizza before paying for it to make its made exactly how I order the gentleman work register did not allow me to check my pizza before paying terrible customer service will not be going to this location

This place is a joke! They messed my order up 4 times in a row. I called and spoke to Alex and he told me I don't even trust myndrivers and that I shouldn't trust them either. Order somewhere else because I think that the management at this location are the one's who can not be trusted.

Our order was made incorrectly by Papa John's, and when we called to see if we could drive up there to have it fixed the manager got angry that we were "blaming him" though we were just trying to explain the problem. He said it was Uber's fault and to contact them to fix it. Uber is not to blame for the problem, the correct orders printed on the boxes do not match what is in them. Poor customer service. The manager was very disrespectful.

This place does not respect what is posted on doors. When Properties have a sign that is posted at the front door. That says deliveries are to be delivered into office. And they dont. They have an attitude about it. Say they demand to have the police showed to them. Rules are rules. The GM has no respect

We called to pace an order over the phone for pick up around 11, they said they weren't taking phone orders anymore. We said okay, no big deal, as we were just down the street, when we got there people were still going in and picking up orders, it wasn't even 11:30 yet. We went into place an order and when we tried to the workers were rude and said they weren't going to take the order because they don't take orders past 11. We found this to be very misleading seeing as how the hours are that they don't close until midnight. Not to mention they had been playing around behind the counter with the delivery girl before they asked what we were there for. The whole approach was very unprofessional and unwelcoming, we order from this location a lot and this is the first time they have ever said they don't do orders past 11, and the first time we had ever been treated this way.
Visually Impaired called to take advantage of Wednesday promo & got hung up THREE TIMES “accidentally” when “going to talk to manager”, when asked to speak with manger directly, was informed “manager was not at the store & would be be in 30-45min” when asked what “manager” she was speaking to previously, she said “HERSELF”?!?! Suddenly hung up & NEVER was able to place order even AFTER asking to TEXT SCREENSHOT of email promo??♂️… TOTAL LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM….LOST A LIFETIME CUSTOMER TODAY☹️

I ordered 2 two topping pizzas I thought they were both cheese pizzas hardly any toppings maybe three pieces of toppings on each slice threw them in the trash and got Pizza
