God, it was being delivered by Papa Jones. There was a five dollar delivery charge and a almost a four dollar tip. They swapped it from them to DoorDash.

My opinion on is that they have the best, flour bottom pizzas in lubbock, I am now absolutely sold on papa John's because of this locations food quality and service even when at night 🌙 👌.

Wings,tiny....my pizza was a Lil soggy,no crunch.The peppers were bigger than the wings. I've seen bigger wings on mosquitoes.

Ordered for delivery and was told it would be 52min, I wait 1hr and 45 min and get nothing. Then I get a text saying I have to wait another 33 min for DoorDash to deliver. Bad experience and very disappointed.

Ordered a 16" New York style pizza, and they gave me a 12" regular pizza. Brought it back, no apology, no what can we do to make it right.....just well if you want to wait 15 minutes we can remake it. Should have just gone to Pizza Hut. Every time I come here the employees seem like I am inconveniencing them with my presence. Highly disappointed.

I still have yet to speak with the manager about my refund, I ordered online, the pizza had onions on it when I specifically customized it requesting none. I called the restaurant to get a refund and the employee advised me to call back when the manager is back. Its been a week. I have always enjoyed ordering from this location due to it being close my neighborhood. Never again.

I placed an order online at 8:04 PM. The estimated ready time was only 16 minutes. I arrived around 8:20. The employee said it hadn't even been started and would be another 20 minutes. The 2-liter of soda I ordered wasn't in the fridge so I asked about it. There was more in the back but not cold. I sat in my car for another 20 minutes and went back in. Another employee said it hadn't been started yet. I gave up at this point and requested a refund.

Ordered a regular pizza with regular sauce and Philly steak and got this lol not sure why. We live far away so they gave me a “guarantee” for next time but that doesn’t help the terrible pizza I have now
Total trash that they charge almost $5 for delivery and then remind you that none of it goes to their delivery drivers. Slice app will connect you with authentic pizza restaurants, where at least the money you spend will go towards a quality product. Papa John's isn't that great for what they try to charge you. Better Pizza, Better Prices, not at John's.
