Ordered for delivery. First time customer. They hired door dash driver to deliver and didn’t give him complete order. I called and the pizza place was helpless and said to drive there to pick up the rest!😳 Seriously?!? WHAT is the point of delivery and paying a driver when they can’t even give the complete order! They forgot my salad, cookie dough, dressing and dipping sauces! The driver was absolutely polite and friendly and the pizza place blamed the driver and said we can’t help you! The driver said he questioned if the whole order was there for pickup bc he saw 5 items on receipt but only got 2 pizzas and the pizza guy said yes it’s all there. It was his “first day” he said.
When I drove all the way over there, 3 people working behind counter and they all looked guilty and just put it on the unknown door dash driver😡 No offer for refund or extra items or anything!
WORST customer service EVER and will NOT order from this place again!
I don’t care if it was his first day or not… there were 2 other people in there with him and they just claimed we make the pizzas and put them on that counter for the driver to pick up🙄 Well…. MAYBE when the driver comes in for order… go grab the refridgerated items and rest of order BEFORE stupidly telling the driver.. yeah that’s all😡

We had on unusual experience in that my dog got sick, diarrhea, and happened immediately when I was ordering. He had just been professionally groomed and was looking great! It was a huge mess and my wife called from the car.
Nick, who couldn't have been over 20 years old, was really professional and helpful at the front and let me borrow some paper towels, and was concerned and considerate. When I had to cancel the order on short order he was willing to do that, but the cleanup turned up to be not too bad (for a 130 lb Pyrenees) and we went ahead and got the pizzas anyway. The bad thing about the store is for some reason they don't think it's important to get the front door fixed and so for three months or so they've been dealing with this door. The location is great but the little mini strip mall is a little tight. I'm sure someone came into excited for their pizza which from the reviews seem to be well received. GET THE DOOR/WINDOW FIXED!! The previous location was more ideal and it's a trip to get across town to where this one is but it is well worth it!!

The staff is friendly, the food is delicious, and the service is quick. They offer a good gluten-free crust option, but unfortunately, it’s only available in a medium size, is priced higher, and is excluded from many promotions.
