My spouse and I tried Parmas for the first time. We found a gem of a place for Italian food. I had a shrimp dish and he had a chcken dish. Both were perfect. The crowd was very light. I hope more people find out about this place. They won't be disappointed. I will say, the prices are somewhat high for this area, however, you get what you pay for. It was worth it.

I was excited to try this local restaurant, but I wouldn't recommend to anybody I know. I paid $10 for a salad that had half of the lettuce going bad & The pizza is just mediocre. Not impressed.

Wonderful!!!!! Consistently good!!! Delivery is awesome and it is always hot! First time we ordered it arrived in 13 minutes flat and the chef delivered what a treat! Tonight they delivered cocktails and pasta that were to die for! One of the best delivery choices in Lubbock!

Had a great time! Way better than "Stella's" the food was definitely on point. I'd show a picture of my steak but I ate it all.

1.008 stars!!!! The exact same number as the weight of the lowest atomic element known as hydrogen. Why hydrogen? Because just like hydrogen because pizza was inedible. DELIVERY AND PRICING: the delivery time on these pies were like none I have ever experienced. It took exactly one hour from the time order was placed to it's table top arrival. 3.9 miles away. Not only did the pizza arrive cold but total cost was a bit over the top.. sub total $62.70 , convenience fee $2(not sure what convenience), delivery fee $5, tip $9.40 (we support America), tax $5.17 giving us a total of $84.27. for 2 large specialties, 1 small specialty and half dozen escargot. PIZZAS: -The Parma; the parma large came in at an inconsistent 13 1/2 inches. There was a solid 4 inch gap of crust with a light "ragu" smear of sauce. The cheese in the center reminded me of the time I went to Galveston and a seagull pooped on the hood of my truck. The ingredients seemed to be accompanied in one central location with the pie as well. Besides the fact it was cold, as soon as I took a slice, the cheese and other toppings came apart like The Eagles circa 1980. The semolina(same yellow stuff on bottom of little ceaser) used on the pie was completely burned giving it the appearance of black pepper. ITALIAN MEAT: came in at an inconsistent 12 1/4 inches , it too was a large.. big inconsistency when it comes to a hungry force if you ask me, but that's just if you ask. The prosciutto tasted like a summer sausage filet bought in the commissary line at a High Security Correctional Facility. I ate one slice and got a minimal amount of cheese as well as meats. The crust also had a 4in gap of nothing and was as pale as Rose McGowan. I got a second slice to give the pie the benefit of the doubt and ended up tasting another set of ingredients I didn't taste on the first slice which led me to believe that this pie was as consistent as a coconut cake. other than that the meat tasted like halfways made beef jerky. Jack Link's would probably have a better prosciutto than that. THE DIABLO: size small came in at 9 3/4 inches.. as soon as I took the slice off all the ingredients came off the pie.the cheese tasted like a mixture of government cheese and monterey jack. It was said that this pie had a ghost pepper but I have tasted more spice on a cinnamon altoid. IN GENERAL: in general these pizzas were very inconsistent in size, the flavors were not all there, the semolina flour at the bottom was burnt so bad that it look like the pie had fell on top of an ash tray. also the crust had a powdery substance on top of it that when I got done eating it I look like a 17th century French madame. These pizzas taste like one guy from Italy stole Urban bricks ovens and added oregano to everything for flare. If this is hell Pizza tastes like an Italy I know exactly what not to order when I go to Europe. ESCARGOT: aka Snails, the one dish we wanted to try on a whim ended up being the star of the show. who knew Gary from SpongeBob could make such a vicious come back and on my tray accompanied with garlic and butter. Seeing how this is just Lubbock Texas and we are miles away from the ocean, the snails were quite the delicacy. I can only imagine how they would taste if they were fresh. FINAL THOUGHT: at the end of the day for the hype the website provided the comrades and myself or extremely excited partake in this culinary expedition. Only to be sadly brought down by the inconsistencies of size and flavor. This pizza made me feel what's a Caucasian community fell when OJ was declared innocent. It wasnt great.. it was just plain bad. My 8 coworkers and myself, as well as family members, will most likely not be resorting to this place for our Italian needs. City of Lubbock is not a melting pot like Houston or Los Angeles which means keep it simple keep it homemade and much like crazy glue less is more. Lubbock's best over and out. PS Fontaine Della Reese will most definitely be washing his mouth after this experience and eating a Snickers bar to

Dinner on Friday night. The Caesar salad was crisp & flavorful. My entree was the lasagna in pink sauce. It was so delicious, I could hardly believe what I was tasting. My dining companion had spaghetti carbonara & pronounced the dish to be delicious. Service was most attentive & unobtrusive. I'll go to Parma again & not hesitate to recommend to friends. I only wish I'd been able to sample a dessert but sadly was too stuffed to do so!

My husband and I had an awesome meal here tonight celebrating my 60th birthday. It was our first time here. We had the bruschetta for an appetizer and it was very flavorful. They also brought us bread with the olive oil dip and it was so good. You really don't need that much bread but hey it was my birthday after all. I had the fettuccine amatriciana and he had the lasagna. Both were wonderful. We will be back.

What a great place for Italian food. We started with a really good Martin, followed with wine with our dinner. Every thing was reasonably priced and the service was very good.
