The poor customer service sets this place apart. I asked for salsas with my order, as I would at any restaurant in the US or Mexico, and after telling me they were out and me saying ok and sitting down with my family, the associate started gossiping to other customers about me being unreasonable and that eventually led to him yelling at me from across the restaurant. The client disrespect is even worse than the mediocre food and small tamales, and we will definitely never be back.

First time to the Milwaukee location. Save your money. Tamales are super small. My wife got a half dozen and literally takes 2 bites to finish one. I got menudo and it was 90% soup. 4 spoonfuls of hominy and meat. Rest was soup. I asked if that’s really all they give. They 2 kids just kind of smirked but didn’t replace anything. Don’t waste your time or money here. Disappointment for sure.

I heard about Pedro's tamales being the best in town but I was disappointed by the size of the tamale. Two bites and it was gone. Little meat. I also got a barbacoa burrito with beans and pico. My burrito was more like a bean burrito rather than barbacoa.
Not to mention the guy behind the counter, can be rude at times. The restaurant was empty, only us in here.🫤

Really good tamales at a great price, big burrito's with better rice and fillings than most other similar style places in town, great nachos, and they're always really nice when I go in. I eat there frequently and have never been disappointed. I have meat sensitivities and they have lots of vegetarian options to boot.
These tamales are small af the flavor is alright not the best though highly recommend go somewhere else get them homemade

I love this place. I get breakfast, lunch and sometimes dinner here. People are always friendly and the food tastes great! Super fast too.
the tamales dont taste the same as when i used to work there,
If you know, you know
Bought 5 dozen - was disappointed when we opened the package and found tiny (half size) tamales. The price has increased inversely to the size.
We went in to the Milwaukee location just now and we stood there for like 15 min. and the guy looked right at us and didn't do anything didn't even acknowledge our existence just looked at us and walked off it would have been one thing if he had said I'll be with you in a minute or really anything we don't mind a wait but to be completely ignored is wild and very rude... We love Pedro's but we will NEVER go back to this location... Literally go to any other one don't go to the Milwaukee one...
