The chop BBQ brisket was good the gizzards were fresh.they need to put seasoning. On the gizzard. Flour or batter to taste better .. a lot of people keep telling them about this but they keep ignoring us.

Stopped in for lunch one day because my wife was craving gizzards and this is the go-to place for that. They also had a 3-meat plate special on Friday, so we all got that and everything was great. Will have to go more often. It had been a while, since the location closer to us closed.
Always get my livers n gizzards here!! Bought fried burritos for the first time here and they are delicious!!

I have been in for the past three days trying to get a turkey leg and they have not been ready or not serving for the day. First day I went was on a Tuesday and got their brisket sandwich special as another option, and well... I feel they forgot to season the meat. Went back on Wednesday and no turkey legs so I just went next door to get a couple of chimis. Came in today (Wednesday 11/18), no turkey legs as the employee stated they won't be ready today, so I got their hot link special and sadly you can tell the meat is most likely boiled and a huge disappointment. Three strikes... out of there! *another note, the customer service was good, no complaints about the counter help!

I purchased a large sliced bbq. Brisket combo. Half the sandwich was fat the othe half gristle. Worst meal ever. I called to tell them and they put me on hold till I hung up.

We enjoy pinkies often we drive in from Plainview, got sandwiches on Monday 1031 2023, something was off about the sandwich. Didn't hit the spot, was disappointed.
We lived near One for 35yrs. GREAT food, BBQ, Hot link sandwich, Cold beer, Gizzards , Cherry Cobbler . If you havnt tired it, Try it AGAIN SOON.!!

Bread was soggy, sauce was way way too salty, sausage was bland. First time and last time there. Beans tasted like canned beans they tried to make into cooked beans.

Lonnie review been going there for years. Absolutely the best barbecue chop sandwich on the planet. The sauce is so great. Every time I come back to Lubbock I go get me a pinkies chop beef sandwich I would highly recommend for sure.

Frequented mostly by those wanting fried chicken livers and gizzards this place is a solid option for lunch and takeout. A fun diverse menu that resembles a country convenience store. Brisket is good but not pitmaster quality, same with the sides. Prices are good and overall experience has so far always good.
