I would not recommend this place at ALL! We spent 400 dollars on this place for a birthday party. The worst disorganized place ever. We took care of our own party. We had to MAKE them come help us! Poor service. We paid for laser tag, and bumper cars and when I pointed out that everyone was still waiting to go in 15 min before it ended they got smart with the people paying. Do NOT waste your time coming here at ALL! Have it at your house cause you gonna take care of everything on your own anyway!

Great business!First off I would like to complement the owner. The staff are always polite and willing to help you. We like to go their and eat pizza and watch Texas Tech games there. They have always turned on the Tech games for us. Pinocchio’s is a clean establishment. The owner Tony, let my son have his birthday there one year.. Also, Pinocchio’s help out our local P.T.A..We like to go to the buffet. They will make you your favorite pizza for the buffet.A must is Pinocchio’s huge pizza (I think it is called Monster Pizza). It is a pizza you have to see with your own eyes. To get this pizza out the door you have to slant the pizza box. Then getting it into your car sometimes poses a challenge but it is worth it.Locally owned so I definitely recommend trying Pinocchio’s Pizza.

Came by just now and they are closed, furniture gone, no sign on the door! What happened?? This was the only place I could get a taco pizza. While I have been sitting here I have watched several people walk up and try the door. How do I get my Taco pizza fix!!!!????

Here lately every time I try to order a pizza I can not get anyone to answer the phone. Tonight I kept trying to call and kept getting a busy signal. I even ordered with slice and they cancelled my order due to no one answering the phone. Either the phone rings forever or the phone is off the hook. I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years. Very frustrated and disappointed!!! Love the pizza but looks like you do not want my business!

It was ok but. But it's sad that the place is slowly slowing down and always out of stuff or their equipment does not work. Which a customer cannot enjoy a great meal

We ordered the monster pizza for a party, the flavor and quality of the pizza was really good. The presentation was also great, the pizza was cut into small pieces and it was really easy to eat. Everyone loved the food, the pizza is a thin crust and the monster pizza feeds 8-10 adults.

I'm kinda sad. I have been going to this place and cheering the business on for years. Even when they closed down the first time. But since reopening it has gone down way down hill. The inside itself is very worn not the cleanest even then we still return because we have always loved the pizza and prices. And we wanted to give our part to help keep it thriving even though it's a little part. Even after a run in with a extremely rude worker we remained solid customers. But tonight it was extremely hot inside the food on the bar was old which it usually is but the manager usually happily take requests. The salad bar needed ice and had been setting warm for awhile you could tell. With each visit we notice change. No cheese on the salad bar now. No air going. Pizzas on the bar for AWHILE prices have gone up. The struggle is very obvious. Sadly. But tonight as we set sweating in the run down place waiting for a fresh pizza that was requested. I noticed that instead of fresh they pulled a old one off the bar and added some veggies on top heat it up and called it done. I was so very disappointed. Sad. Really. When you feed folks the really old pizza and try to make them believe you made a fresh by simply tossing some veg on top. It might be time to close the doors. This certainly wont help this dying business. I have lived in the area close to 20 years and I can remember going to this pinocchios a great portion of this time. But I have to call it quits after this one. To the manager if you read these. I'm sorry the place is struggling so bad. It really does break my heart. You get use to your spots and this has very much been our spot for many years. But taking very old stale pizza off the bar to make it a deluxe as requested was not the right thing to do. Would making a fresh pizza cost you that much.? Would it make you close your doors? I know losing my 70 to 80 bucks or so a month might not count in the scheme of things . But if enough people get treated like this it will. My advice to you. Instead of trying to pull things like this. Which was pretty dang low. Just make a fresh pizza for folks. Even if I choose to find a new spot. Which I will. I would like to see the business keep its doors open. Best of luck. To those looking at this that haven't tried this place. It's very run down. Prices even though they have gone up are still not to bad its iffy on the pizza bar I have been at dinner most of the times and it seems as though the lunch left overs are still up there. They do not take it off and make fresh for dinner it seems. People will just eat the old. If you request a fresh the manager usually makes a fresh. Tonight that didnt happen we were fed the old. The other guy that works there has never done this and has always been nice. They both are nice really. It's just a very struggled business. So you take your chances. For the owner I hope for business sake you clean up, turn the air on make fresh pizzas for lunch and dinner shifts put cheese back on the salad bar. Even with the drabby inside folks will go if the food is hot and fresh and you honor request. Run some take out specials or put out coupons. A little cost on your part may save keep the doors open. At the rate your going now your doors will surely shut and very soon.
