Pizza Hut in Lubbock

“We ordered today. Apparently our order was handed off to the wrong person. Although this Pizza Hut was extremely busy after a conversation with the general manager, I was able to pan everything out. They delivered us a fresh hot pizza in a timely manner. The driver was super nice. I thought it was going to be a flop but in the end the manager made it right.“

“I ordered online the day before and went to pick it up. The employees at the window explained to me it had just populated for them to make and it would take about 15 mins to make it. I had arrived early so I was not upset. They were very nice and the order was ready when I came back closer to my time to pick up. I didn't even have to get out of my van to do the transaction. Awesome job!“

“Always a great place to get a good pizza. Only issue I have is tips. Please don't look at me raw or mean because I didn't leave you a tip for picking up my own pizza , I will be more than happy to leave your driver one if he delivered it. So respect my decision.“

“This place is the ONE to go to if you love meaty toppings because they put on a very good amount per pizza! It's almost too much. But if you love lots of cheese and sauce, you have to ask for extra. Normally I want extra cheese, but they put on just enough to please me normally. Their place is quite clean from what I could see from their big drive thru window; I chose pickup though they offer contactless curbside service, too. They were friendly and have gotten my order right every time I get pizza there. They don't offer the brownie dessert so if you want sweets you'll need to make due with the big chocolate chip cookie. I ordered online and drove off to pickup not getting the message that there was some kind of problem with my order, as I don't use my phone while driving. Once I arrived my order had been filled anyway. I had opted to pay on pickup, so that might have been the problem; I simply don't like giving visa numbers on phone if I can avoid it. I'm hoping they stay afloat in these turbulent days because they are so close to my house I love the convenience of having good place right there. I Love this place, really, so try them!!!“

“I am very satisfied with the service, Lacy did very well taking our order and explaining options as we ordered The Ultimate Hut Bundle (any 2-mediun pizzas, any 8-boneless wings, any sticks and any 2 dips for $24.99). The pizzas were done in good timing, and when Lacy gave us our order, she included paper plates and napkins. That made my night. I could go home and just serve everyone. I went to other Pizza huts and weren't given napkins and paper plates.
All in all, I Love Pizza Hut their food is fresh, and I Love getting home, and the pizza/food is still fresh and still hot.

“I've eaten Pizza Hut for many years, must say that this one has something extra special. I always get good vibes at this location on 50th St in Lubbock. The folks that work there are so nice and welcoming, always in a good mood. Make you feel right at home, like they're glad to see you. Bonus: you can dine in, just like the good ole days! I love this location. Kudos to mgmt for choosing and inspiring the fine folks that work there. Consistently great experience at this location. 👍🏼🥰⭐x10“

“Today, June 6th 2025; I brought my wife and kids to eat at the pizza hut at 98th and Slide Rd. I was slightly concerned due to the mixed reviews... But I always give an opportunity and decide for myself. As i entered, I was greeted by a young man named Warren.. He took my order and was very patient with me as we weren't sure what we wanted. He gave great suggestions and was very nice. We ordered, 15 minutes later, our food was brought out by a young lady named Ganilla. She was smiling, greeted us and talked with us a little bit. Very nice young lady! The food was hot, fresh and my experience here was the best I've ever received at any pizza hut.. I didn't get a great picture before we tore into the food but I managed to get some after the damage was done lol. Overall, this was a great experience. Warren and Ganilla are assets to this establishment and I hope management recognizes that they have amazing employees/team members... I will recommend this location without a doubt! I ordered with very specific orders and they did amazing. I can't eat the sauce so they did a great job at making the order as I asked... Thank you Warren and Ganilla for making our Friday lunch amazing!“
