I ordered for delivery online through Pizza Hut directly. Food was never delivered. I called to speak with the manager and he was very rude. He told me it was already delivered. He also said he gave the order to a "dasher" and he was no longer responsible. I told him I didn't order from door dash, I ordered from pizza hut and he needed to resolve it. He told me when they finally arrived to refuse it for a refund. I waited another 15 min or so and still nothing. I called back and told him to get it resolved. He said door dash would send a refund. Ridiculous!

Was that the window waiting for 5 minutes nobody came to the window has been went around to park he went tried to go inside at which point the employee pointed towards the window for us to go back to the window We went back to the window we didn't another 3 minutes just to get somebody who was kind of rude so won't be going back to this location!

Ordered from there last night around 5:25 expected delivery time was around 5:53 around 6:00 I decided to call to check, no answer. I waited an extra 15 mins then decided to call again. When I called I was put on hold for another 10 mins. Then finally when someone was able to speak to me they had a terrible attitude, and I was told the driver attempted to drop the order off but couldn't. The cashier then asked the driver when they got back if they'd redeliver the order which they replied "hell no" Instead of coming back they made me cancel the order, which is fine ig. Except for the fact that when I did re-order it, they decided to use the soggy breaded boneless wings from my previous order. Whole place definitely needs an attitude adjustment, they should also maybe try making things fresh instead of using old food. It's a shame my little brothers birthday was ruined because of laziness.

Even with the construction on 19th the restaurant was clean and the staff were all friendly. The mgr on duty checked on us while we were eating. I'd recommend this store and definitely come again.

Delivery was OK. Pizza was not hot. Forgot to deliver the parmigiana cheese I asked for and paid for. Some toppings were missing that I ordered. There were other small issues. I think it's probably service you could expect from somebody making minimum wage and who doesn't care about doing a good job and doesn't expect to get tipped. That's why I will only do tips in person after i check the order. Tips are earned by doing more than the bare minimum you already get paid to do.
