Ordered 2 pizzas for dine in. Angelina was having a bad day or hates her job. Dining in seemed foreign to her. We were told we had to order our pizza at the counter before sitting at a table. Never asked if we wanted a drink, resulting in another order since they didn’t even have water to put in a cup. We were told that the pizza would be ready in 15-20 minutes. After about 30 minutes my husband went to the counter to question when it would be ready. IT WAS IN THE FREAKING WARMER, where they keep the carry out pizzas. Mind you, WE WERE THE ONLY PEOPLE IN THE RESTAURANT! A nice young lady apologized, but we were never offered to speak to a manager or a refund or even a discount. WORST SERVICE EVER!

The new flatbread pepperoni with all the sweat roasted veggies is absolutely delicious. The staff here is pretty consistently rude. New faces all the time but same bad attitude. It must be part of the training Lol

Placed an online order for 2- 3 topping pizzas and 1 of the pizzas was missing the 3 toppings. The driver contacted the store and they took the pizzas back, she said they’d refund the order and I had to place an order again. I had taken a few bites of the pizza that was made correctly, and they made me put it back. After an hour of waiting we decided to order from somewhere else.
I don’t know what happened to Pizza hut but their pizza is terrible. The crust is like paper sack. I’m gonna take a picture and send it. The garlic sauce is nasty. I don’t even know what it is, but they’re crust is terrible ingredients on. It are OK.

Healing Breeze
I have been to this pizza hut around four times and the experience was not good at all. Their behaviour is weird, unfriendly and clueless. There are hardly no people for dine-in and I was the only one all these times. Once I went with my friends and the tall guy on the counter was just so unfriendly. He barely was answering and cooperating. His behaviour was utterly disgraceful. Even when we tried to be nice, he did not shifted his arrogance or whatever. I mean I think there’s no check on these silly people. Not going there again ever!!!!

I am very satisfied with the service, Lacy did very well taking our order and explaining options as we ordered The Ultimate Hut Bundle (any 2-mediun pizzas, any 8-boneless wings, any sticks and any 2 dips for $24.99). The pizzas were done in good timing, and when Lacy gave us our order, she included paper plates and napkins. That made my night. I could go home and just serve everyone. I went to other Pizza huts and weren't given napkins and paper plates. All in all, I Love Pizza Hut their food is fresh, and I Love getting home, and the pizza/food is still fresh and still hot. 🥰🥰
