I was promised a $15 Dollar credit and the management failed to put it in the system. Spoke with the general manager today named Russ and he said “It doesn’t matter what happen, if it’s not in the computer he can’t do anything”. The assumption that I was lying about them giving my order away and then to get home to my order being incorrect. This location is trash! This is not the only time they have messed up on my order either! Save your time and money!

One of the best pizza huts I have ever been to. Great pizza fresh hot and juicy! Great employees with a smile ready to help and serve. I have been getting pizza hut for 30 years and it used to be a weekly thing. I'll never go anywhere else!

My experience at 19th St. Pizza Hut was definitely a unique one. The service was on point along with a great price. However, the uniqueness comes by way of the store not being able to provide iced drinks along with not being able to provide inside customers with regular utensils such as plates, forks, cups, etc. Barring those items, we had a pleasant experience.

Rude as if she didn't want us there. Sign still shows 13.99 new Yorker but said we could not have it. After all that when I get to ordering drinks she said we have 20 oz and 2 L but no cups.
