We always come to this location because the service and food are top notch! We prefer to eat in the dining room....there's just something exceptional about a great prepared pizza right out of the oven. You won't be disappointed. It's a great place for Happy Hour after work too!!

Pizza Hut does have a gluten free crust pizza for those of us who are gluten intollerant, but the crust is very thin. I love the Pizza Hut flavor but have to admit, the gluten free is not great. A couple of TV's airing the college football games, very nice.

This place is ridiculous. I grew up in a small town where Pizza Hutt was the only option. In Lubbock, it isn't.
I have had so many issues with delivery here missing the sauces I paid to long wait times against the app time.
I've had the rude general manager there tell they can't honor what their manager offered cause I waited 2 weeks and the offer had expired.
I'm sorry I wasn't aware there was an expiration time of when I had to return after a bad experience. I haven't been back and I won't.
The Fantastic 4 pizza is better than dealing with wrong orders and bad customer servic.
I'll be at Captial Pizza.

Today, June 6th 2025; I brought my wife and kids to eat at the pizza hut at 98th and Slide Rd. I was slightly concerned due to the mixed reviews... But I always give an opportunity and decide for myself. As i entered, I was greeted by a young man named Warren.. He took my order and was very patient with me as we weren't sure what we wanted. He gave great suggestions and was very nice. We ordered, 15 minutes later, our food was brought out by a young lady named Ganilla. She was smiling, greeted us and talked with us a little bit. Very nice young lady! The food was hot, fresh and my experience here was the best I've ever received at any pizza hut.. I didn't get a great picture before we tore into the food but I managed to get some after the damage was done lol. Overall, this was a great experience. Warren and Ganilla are assets to this establishment and I hope management recognizes that they have amazing employees/team members... I will recommend this location without a doubt! I ordered with very specific orders and they did amazing. I can't eat the sauce so they did a great job at making the order as I asked... Thank you Warren and Ganilla for making our Friday lunch amazing!

Had a delivery tonight and the pizza tasted like it was two days old. Ingredients all dried up and wasn’t even warm. Plus instead of black olives they put jalapeño's
