I would HIGHLY advise against ordering delivery from this location. They seem to think that it's perfectly OK to take 2/3 of the tip meant for the delivery driver when subcontracting out to service providers such as door dash or Uber eats while, there OWN in house drivers keep %100 of the tips meant for them. This INCLUDES the acting manager I spoke with today 12/24/24 3:00p.m. who proceed to cover for her fellow young African American employee. Now EVERYONE that has had an issue with a delivery from this location that was delivered by a third party KNOWS why. And NO, there's not a god forsaken thing you can reply to this comment to justify THIEVERY!

Deliver what was ordered in the size ordered, with correct ingredients for a start.
Key into the order system as you repeat the customer's order. not afterwards.
When the customer calls in your error you might want to apologize for the error and offer to fix it, not defend the fouled up order as if the customer made the mistake.
I had the order on speakerphone with witnesses when ordered and everyone agreed the order was repeated correctly. They also heard the abysmal attempt the manager who made no concessions whatever to resolve, correct, or adjust the order.
Despite waiting 1 hour and 40 minutes for delivery.
Started the process first by trying the app which would do nothing but lock when requesting payment, before calling on the order.
Abysmal service, management non responsive, fix any of those things, all of them hopefully for your next customer.
No more Pizza Hut for this consumer or this household, perhaps ever again. None will occur in 2025, guaranteed.

We experienced a frustrating situation with our delivery. After waiting 67 minutes, the driver delivered our order to the wrong address. When we spoke with the manager, Chris Shipman, he promised to remake our order. However, after another 50 minutes of waiting, we were informed that he would not be following through on that promise. While we understand that mistakes can happen, the lack of accountability and communication is unacceptable. We expect better service and a commitment to resolving issues in the future.

Ordered delivery. Didn’t get a notification or ring at my doorbell that food was here. Checked almost an hr later and food was there with flies around it, the box was half way open, the food was COLD. Tried to call the store FOUR times and no one picked up. Very aggravated especially for how much I payed. DO NOT GET DELIVERY FROM THEM.
