I ordered pizza and cheese sticks and both were discussing. The cheese sticks were hard and old and the pizza was old and cold. Will not be ordering from there again. Waste of my money.

Attempted to order online but claims that it cannot deliver to my address. I called to make a delivery order the the girl that answered had no clue what to o, got her manager, he rudely took my order and hung up on me. I get my order deliver and the driver asks me to pay when I already paid. The driver then tells me he can't give my pizza to me unless he goes back to the shop and charge. I said forget it. The driver THEN has the audacity to eat the pizza I ordered when he was taking it back to his car. I have a recording on my ring. Smh. Do better Pizza Hut!
Order large pizza and was given the wrong pizza asked for stuffed crust. Did not get what we ordered. Pizza size was more of a medium size without stuffed crust. Then the manager tried to straighten it out. Then it got worst seems he was just as confused. The girl who took the order lied and didn’t admit her mistake. Then offered to give 50 % off but I have to pay for it all over again. Wait what?! No thank you.

Got chicken Alfredo, a calzone, breadsticks and cinnamon sticks. Stuff we’ve got at other pizza huts hundreds of times before. Definitely wouldn’t recommend, goto one across town or got to dominos or Marcos. Prices might be higher but at least you’ll eat your food.

Tried calling order in bc the pizza we order isn’t on the menu and is specific to this location, answered by an answering service with a kid screaming in the background and broken english, shouldn’t be this complicated to order a pizza ?

Puddles of grease. Absolutely horrible. Also asked for extra pepperoni and bacon just to get no bacon at all . 10/10 don’t recommend wasting your time
I order here at least 2 to 3 times a week and usually great but tonight the manager was rude, not willing to correct a order customer service was horrible overall would not go back if you don't like your job don't work there.

Pizza Hut used to be my favorite but not anymore. The last 3 times I have ordered the pizza is overcooked, not enough sauce, and they will overload with toppings when I specifically asked for light toppings! This is a picture of the latest order of light jalapeños and pepperoni. I get it, most people like a lot of toppings, but some people don't! When I called to speak to the Manger Haley, she said they go by specs, whatever that means. She wanted to argue that it did have sauce and cheese, well, it might have had a little, but it was so dry it was disgusting.
