The service is terrible. Walked in to order a pizza. Stood there for 5 minutes and none of the employees would even acknowledge that I was there. I left and they obviously don't care. If I could give zero Starz I would.

First time that I got pizza in Lubbock. I like this pizza…
My food was incorrect the manager refused to remake it threw it in the trash and called the police on me for wanting our food remade. In this climate I find it beyond inappropriate using the police as a weapon and of course the police did nothing to make it right just told me I couldn’t come back.

Possibly the worst pizza I've ever eaten . I would eat gas station pizza before ordering from pizza Hut again. Crust was bland no flavor...doughy and undercookedHardly any sauce. Why would yall change the recipe for your crust?
