Pizza cold cold after waitin along time after the tracker said it left the store ..35 mins from the store to my house ..and then u cant talk to anyone about it ..when u call to complain..i wont donit again..

I had a free bonus wings so I got mild they were okay they were cold when they arrived and the plastic container they were in had water on them from the sweat I outside mozzarella sticks that were sweaty and wet from the plastic black container My pizza came in a foil pan with the lid but it was cooked to the pan so it was stuck and it was also cold The only thing that was kind of warm where the cinnamon sticks which were also a free because of my birthday so overall I was really dissatisfied because my food wasn't good and hot. ?

I received my order 5 minutes short of 2 hours of when I placed my order and than to top it off it’s cold. We will definitely Not order from Pizza Hut again!!!!!!

I’m currently sitting in the drive through. Upon sitting here I can hear a customer inside complaining. Which is not a good sign. I confirm that the only thing I ordered was cheese bread. I waited the 15 mins before I pulled up to the drive and they are just now putting my order in as I’m sitting here waiting. When ppl are on their lunch breaks this is unacceptable! If u can take online orders then don’t.

Trash store !! Order was completely wrong and Took FOREVER and u can’t even get a hold of them bc they never answer their phone(goes to a voice mail…? ) so ur stuck with trash pizza u never ordered !!! Avoid this place !

If I could give zero stars I would. We ordered 2 medium pizzas and an order of boneless wings. The app said our order was ready, so we went to the drive up to pick up our order. The first girl who came to the window asked the name on the order and never came back. We waited over 15 minutes for someone to even address us again, finally with our order. She brought out our order laughing trying to be apologetic but never once came in between the 15 minute additional wait to let us know it would be an extra wait time. Had we not paid online already, we would’ve left and went to Domino’s. If you’re short staffed or something went wrong, we’re humans and we understand but at least communicate that to your customers or don’t push it through as ready on the app. We’ll never order here again. I highly suggest just going to Domino’s instead bc we have never had this issue there. But we wanted to try something different and give Pizza Hut a chance. Do not recommend this location at all.
