I don't know if this was a corporate decision, or one made by the franchise owner. Using the exploitative model of door dash (this goes for all delivery apps) in place of the delivery drivers they used to have ain't it. I guess the guys at the top needed more money, huh? Why pay a driver when when some one else will do it for you? Never mind that being a pizza delivery driver used to be a stable job with set hours. That's not corporates problem, they need more money. I know you won't care that you lost me as a customer, but I hope people read this and think twice about ordering from you.
As a side note, the food was fine the the door dash driver was nice. The employees are not the problem.
Pizza is always overcooked and never stringy cheese. Pizza is a big let down nowadays....

This Pizza Hut establishment on 5412 Slide Road went above and beyond! The food was fantastic, the staff were professional and courteous and great restaurants deserve great reviews! Thank you for treating your customers respectfully. I will order my pizza from your location from now on. The Pizza Hut on 9830 Slide Road your management should take notice and improve your people skills.

Tried the meats melts today and the crust was overcooked. Ended up mostly only eating the insides which were very good. Wings were surprisingly plump and tender.

My driver was friendly and polite. The pizza, Pineapple and Ham, was hot and delicious as always.
I ordered a large meat lovers pizza with thin crust I asked them to add onions and bell pepper. Also ordered an order of cheese sticks. I received a pizza no thin crust, no onions and no bell peppers. They sent cheese bread but didn't cut it. I don't mind paying and giving a tip. But I expect to receive what I orderedTotally dissatisfied
