I ordered a large meat lovers pizza with thin crust I asked them to add onions and bell pepper. Also ordered an order of cheese sticks. I received a pizza no thin crust, no onions and no bell peppers. They sent cheese bread but didn't cut it. I don't mind paying and giving a tip. But I expect to receive what I orderedTotally dissatisfied

Never eat pizza at the pizza places, the ads we see on Tv is never how it appears. Pizza is never cheesey and stringy even when it comes straight off the belt....Make it home or buy pizza somewhere and cook it yourself.....Never again buying pizza from Pizza, at least they could do it making it cheesey, like advertised as much as the price of has sky rocketed.....

When my food was delivered one of my pizzas wasn't very hot and neither was my dessert and the driver forgot my drinks so he had to go back and get them. I ordered 2 Pepsi and 2 Dr. Pepper. When the driver returned he brought me 4 Pepsi.

So I order the hut regularly and called to get some parmigiana and pepper flakes and blue cheese put in with the pizza and wings.. I was informed that they charge for these items now and even the mgr was adamant about the few cents that these items are actually worth, having owned restaurants myself and even worked in very high end stores I frankly couldn’t believe that they are so cheap that they couldn’t even add these things to my order and let me go as a repeat customer. I am truly sorry that business is so bad for you guys and need extra money..I’ll never order from them again

As a former employee of 2.5yrs I can tell you the people working at this location are wildly mistreated and under payed. I personally was physically threatened by a manager when I was 21 yrs old for calling them out for making inappropriate comments about how I received a 20$ tip from a customer. This manager was demoted but not fired. I was sent explicit photos from the assistant GM of them in lingerie keep in mind this person was in their 50's. That person also would yell at the top of there lungs in front of a very young staff saying they were going to shoot themselves in front of all of us and eventually they left the company. I was expected to do multiple peoples jobs for 7.50$ and hour plus tips. Several drivers had complained about a customer threatening to shoot them for coming onto his property and we were still expected to make the delivery. The GM Ruben hit on me multiple times on Snapchat who by the way is also 20 plus years older than I and married with kids. I still have friends working there and all of them are miserable and over worked. During Covid they did not care about our safety and I had to call 6 different people on behalf of a fellow employee because they had Covid and our boss was still trying to have them work! I hear they take Covid a little bit more seriously now due to a 30yr old employee actually dying from getting Covid. Overall the food is still good and the employees are doing their best to please the customers despite being in a highly unsafe and toxic work environment. Please be kind to them and if you're looking for a job don't work there!
My driver was friendly and polite. The pizza, Pineapple and Ham, was hot and delicious as always.
