It's mostly a drive through plane. There is dining inside. Small and clean. Friendly service. They are busy so they aren't trying to have a conversation. But they aren't rude. Very good food.

Customer service needs to improve. Like what's wrong with handing the order to the customer? Why does he have to set it on the shelves for us to grab? He clearly could have just handed it over......

This place is ABSOLUTELY HORRID, Ordered pizza waited 20 minutes, went to the store and asked for the order, they never made the order, then proceeded to LIE about my order being in the oven, waited another THIRTY minutes, and they proceeded to lie again, all the while the employees in the back were vaping, didn't wash hands, had attitude. DO NOT COME HERE. DO BETTER PIZZA HUT!

I placed an order online wait time was 20 min, I arrived to the location 5 minutes before the 20 minute time. I ended up waiting 48 minutes in the lobby employees had no work ethic and had poor customer service. One of the employee even said your pizza is not even on our screen therefore I can not make your order. Very rude, and bad manners. I waited 48 min walked out of the store with no pizza and no refund. Left a not for the GM- Heater to give me a call concerning the incident never received a call. I had to take initiative and call the store to get refund. I S spoked with Heather , but again her answer was not the best. Bad customer service and employees have no work ethic

Made a simple mistake by not adding pepperoni to my pizza. Guys didn’t wanna add any on my pizza or remake it for me even tho I offered to pay for the pepperoni…left starving.
